Ping fluctuation

My ping keeps jumping from 50 to 110. I should be getting a constant 30 ms, which is what it shows when I select the server, and I used to get that consistently but not anymore.

My internet speed is 600 Mbps. I’m in Calgary and my preferred servers are Oregon and California.

Any fix?
