I recently started taking brith control and last year when I started I done it for 3 months then a break then 3 months again then I started 6 months first time was November 25 to Jan 26 then a break where I bleed and now I’ve done sixth months again but I started 2 weeks ago for it to be another 3 months(the 6 months) but I’m now having breakthrough bleeding like not a lot just brow discharged and just a little bit of blood so not bleeding just that.
Any advice/ if you’ve experienced this is appreciated
as I’m definitely going to contact my doctor tomorrow if I can’t even get through as I don’t think this birth control is working and I can’t stop as I’m working until ending of July and can’t afford to have days off

Should I get the lululemon Energy longline Bra Medium Support, B–D Cups or lululemon Energy Bra Medium Support, B–D Cups generally stuck between the two as they both seem perfect but with longline I feel as if it’d be better as it covers my stomach
Also stuck between size 6&8 as I’m xs/small in tops but a 34d and I have small size sports bra that give okay coverage so I don’t want to buy 8 and it’s massive as it’s 34-36

I’m doing an early years apprenticeship and this might be one of the worst careers I’ve gotten into Especially with this being my first apprenticeship I generally don’t know what to do as I don’t have the GCSEs to just apply anywhere and I can’t afford to leave until I secure something else😖

Girls how does one conquer going to the gym alone I want to start working on myself but I’m scared of going alone but the the gym I’m choosing has a women only bit so that makes it less anxious as it’ll only be women but it’s just not knowing how to the equipment or what to do.
Also what do I start eating , do I actually have to get gym powder put in my water

I’m 18 looking into buying my car outright so under £5000 and mainly I want a Volkswagen polo or golf or maybe a Peugeot 208/308 but old year cars but I’m just wondering is it okay for it has over 100,000 but the history is all good as I plan on having this card for 3 years and saving up for another as I support myself and I’m on the apprentice wage😅so I’m trying to make sure I buy a reliable car that I can outright buy as I’ve saved and will last me and won’t be high in insurance and that. Also just looking for advice/information on owning a car

Is it okay to get an car with over 100,000 miles ?
I plan to keep the car for a good 5-6 years or if I do get a better job maybe get a better one 3 years after hopefully as as I support myself so not easy at all and I’m only 18 so would the car last or is it better to get one with less mileages
