if so, can I ask what team you're on and who it is that you support on the opposite side, as well as why?

for me it's (show)alicent because I feel that she's a severely misunderstood character with a lot of depth. she's morally grey, which women are not often written to be, and I really enjoy that!

i'd also be lying if i said i didn't she's extremely stunning, and I find Olivia Cooke to be so incredibly talented (really getting into Ryan's bag here).

quick edit: the post needed a flair and my being team black, or even liking alicent are both really a thing of sunk-cost fallacy and heavily enjoying both team black and alicent's earlier moments (season 1- lateish season 2) atp. just a fun post of sorts really to see how everyone else has grown soft spots for any of the other characters!

feel free to also list any members of your own team that you dislike! I personally dislike mysaria :')

Winnie(brown tabby), Misty(tortico), and Lemon(grey tabby)

alright i took a funny gummy, mixed a bunch of leftover stuff in the kitchen together because we're cleaning everything out to prepare for the holidays, this is what I got:

it's a standard issue graham cracker crust (crumbs, sugar, butter), whatever cheesecake filling of your choice (mine was Frankensteined between a boxed no-bake mix and a block of cream cheese mixed with powdered sugar, half and half, and vanilla extract- so don't follow my lead on that part), and blueberry pie filling- canned or not is up to you.

for the next step, mix about 1/4 of a cup of seedless blackberry all fruit into your cheesecake filling- along with some blue and pink food dye if youre feeling like lying.

grab whatever pan you like and lay those crumbs out, drizzle some honey on that first layer. smooth the cheesecake filling on top, but try to leave a sort of "bowl" toward the center- that's where you're gonna pour as much blueberry pie filling as you think is appropriate for your personal relationship with this dessert.

my cheesecake filling ended up tasting like trix yogurt, but if it was more.. expensive? higher quality? grown up? idk how to explain, incredible tho- 10/10

Hi ya'll, my lobes are stretched to 14mm and I have sensitive skin. I'm looking for a pair of plugs that i could wear on a daily basis without them irritating my ears. I prefer the appearance of silver looking metals but I'm open to glass. if anyone has any advice on what materials would be good for sensitive skin, that would be great! **however, I'm more concerned with links to reputable websites where I can purchase quality plugs that are made from skin safe materials and will last a long time**

thank you!

Alicent returning to King's Landing in s4 to find her sweet pregnant daughter is dead and her 2 evil dead sons are actually alive and have their dragons. how do yall think Rhaenyra will react when she finds out Aemond survived? do ya'll think she'll even believe Alicent tried to kill him?

im not sure how popular or unpopular this opinion is round these parts, but I've believed this to be the case since the first time i ever saw the finale. i never watched or read anything in the entire asoiaf universe until 2022, I started with hotd season 1, then decided to finally give GOT a chance and the number one thing I noticed was that Tyrion appeared to be the true main character of the show. beyond that he seemed to interact with/ have relations with the most characters, he had a kind heart and a realistic mind, he's well traveled, funny, charming and frankly pretty attractive- he comes from a wealthy family with a long standing name, is generally avoidant of war/big conflict, open minded, the list goes on. I dont see why they didnt choose him outside of him- being a dwarf i suppose, but thats always felt like the dumbest reason possible, and if that was the case then why reject him while accepting Bran? Bran becoming king makes my head hurt.

I will say this opinion extends strictly to show Tyrion and not book Tyrion.

EDIT: I would like to clarify that Tyrion wasnt my pick from day one or anything like that, but once they were choosing in that fuck ass circle I genuinely thought it was gonna be be him, and when it wasnt I was irritated

EDIT 2: this commenter has shifted my perspective! those of you who agreed with my original take feel free to give it a read here I still wouldve liked to see him as king, but I now see more of why they didn't give it to him.

this animation really caught my eye recently and I cannot stop watching it. its not mine, so I credited the artist in the title! enjoy :)

to me it comes off as the dude being portrayed as more wise for appreciating the biome that isnt pink. the girl coming off as shallow and sterotypically feminine by enjoying the pink biome. also, im pretty sure those images of those biomes are ai generated or ai altered

i judged them based off of their appearance, catch phrases, clothes, houses, personalities, and hobbies! lmk what you think, if you agree or disagree with my picks- and if you disagree with any tell me why :)

dm if toure interested! no payment required but food recipes and light sources would be appreciated if you have extra :)

I was hoping someone could tell me how i can go to one? as far as I can tell theyre islands that contain pretty/rare items, they stay open and people can just visit? but where can I find them?

im also hearing theres a lot of interference from people flying in and out :/ I'd be willing to deal with that if i can go to these places and get really good items, ya know? im looking mainly for clothes, furniture, and recipes- in that order of importance.

I've been playing the game on and off for over 3 years, I took a huge break and wiped my island when I came back. I now have more time to play so I wanted to really go all in on redecorating and wearing cute stuff :)

super curious on everyones different thoughts and opinions on the matter

-im aware that this was never likely to happen, and that if it did, some form of dance would still take place. what im specifically asking is how do you guys think things would go if Viserys abdicated the throne and Rhaenyra immediately ascended. who would do what differently, ya know? how would the timeliness change?
