Can't stop swallowing saliva - sudden throat tic?

Experiencing the absolute WORST acid reflux flare up of my life. It's 5 am and I have been awake all night in pain, didn't sleep at all. Out of nowhere i started feeling this strange sensation in my throat, it's almost like a tic? I can't stop swallowing my saliva even if there isn't any. I'm swallowing it maybe 10 times in a minute. It just won't stop.

And sometimes my throat spasms before swallowing? I don't know how to explain, it almost feels "stuck" as if for a second or two i am not able to swallow and then the tic continues. Literally have never experienced this before , nor have I ever been aware of swallowing my saliva. It's so weird.

Severe difference in eye size

I am both amblyopic (drifting outwards but very slightly) and severely myopic (-18) in my left eye. That eye looks way bigger than the other one. Sort of bulging out, I think? I'm not sure actually. I don't know if it's caused by the amblyopia/myopia or something else.. It's visible in my childhood photos as well, pictures where i was only 2-3 years old. However, no doctors have commented on it. I feel extremely self conscious and i really struggle making eye contact. The difference is huge. Anyone else with this issue?

Having kyphosis as a woman is hell

It's summer and I wish I could wear pretty stuff and feel beautiful and feminine. Unfortunately, i can only wear baggy clothes. I can't go to the beach, i can't wear a dress, etc. Feeling like a monster. I just want to look like other girls. I want to be normal.

Trying a softer palette. Are the skinny jeans too outdated?

I just can't get into the baggy jean trend. Heels and skinny jeans still feel like a timeless combo🥰 It's my favourite. Thoughts?

I want to find my default makeup look and stick with it. Tired of experimenting

I can't figure out what fits my features. Which one of these do you think looks best? Yes they do look quite similar

(Please don't comment on the lip overline, i know it's not really flattering, but my lips are super thin. It's one of the things i never skip when doing my makeup 🥲)

Are my features too masculine?

I've been told so many times that i look "trans". I am a biological female. I feel like it's the low set brows?? Would a brow lift help feminize me? I have a rhinoplasty planned. Open to both hardmaxxing and softmaxxing.

Mirtazapine + Pregabalin for severe restlessness

Anyone tried this combo? Just got them prescribed. I have severe anxiety and agitation, hyperarousal at night. I can't stay still and am CONSTANTLY tossing and turning, because the bed "feels wrong", my pillow feels uncomfortable, my blanket doesn't sit right, it's too cold/hot/whatever. I have severe sensory issues paired with severe anxiety and panic. I start freaking out that i'll never be able to fall asleep and then the sensory issues follow. Usually after a bad night of sleep.

Bf suddenly being unusually dry over text, i'm in horrific pain and distress

We are in a LDR and meet 3-4 times a year. We are meeting next month. My boyfriend has always been VERY affectionate over text and irl. Even way more than me. That’s been the constant in our relationship, consistent warmth, reassurance, and a way of communicating that made me feel secure.

But over the past few days, that has suddenly changed. Out of nowhere, he became noticeably dry. He does say he loves me and still kind of flirts i guess, but it just.. sounds disinterested? No heart emojis, no long texts, etc.. At first I reacted badly and threatened to break up, but once I calmed down, I explained that the sudden drop in affection was really affecting me.

Even after that conversation, though, his behavior didn’t really change. The next day he was still unusually detached. It genuinely feels like I’m interacting with a different version of him.

Do i just wait? I vomited twice and almost fainted today. It's affecting me both mentally and physically. Please, somebody console me.

I get horrible panic attacks every time he responds with short messages

I start thinking he’s lost interest even if he was talking to me normally the day before. I can’t even handle a few hours of that kind of communication. I ended up telling him, “If you’re going to reply in a cold and indifferent way, then it’s better not to talk to me at all,” but then he kept insisting that he still wants to talk?

He’s usually a VERY affectionate person, so it’s the sudden shift in his texting that really freaks me out.

The past few days, he’s been inconsistent, and eventually I just snapped. He said he was just tired, but I keep thinking, how is it that when he was tired before, he still managed to talk to me warmly?

It doesn't make sense..

Severe, EXTREME phlegm has drained the life out of me

It all started in Dec 2024. I was visiting a family member in Germany and came down with a mysterious virus/infection. Wasn't able to visit the doctor so I just let it run its course..It lasted 2 ENTIRE months.

What followed were long months of horrific phlegm. It was so bad i couldn't socialise, couldn't leave the house. On bad days i was hacking phlegm every 5 mins. No joke. Sleep was the only relief. Every single morning i would wake up with disgusting, thick phlegm that made it hard to breathe and i'd spend a good 30-40 min hacking it all out.

It was pure torture. Don't wish this on my worst enemy.

Then, in December 2025 ,it mysteriously stopped. Felt great. Thought I was finally free.

In March 2026, i had a slight cold and the phlegm came back, this time on and off. It was maybe twice a week and much thinner and easier to remove.

Until 2 days ago, it came back with full force. I don't know, i might just be sick. I woke up with a sore throat and awful phlegm that wouldn't go away at all. I mean , BAD. Like the first time. I want to cry. And throat still hurts.

I do have LPR but could this really be an LPR symptom?

I can't find a good brownish lippie. I'm a pale olive and most brown lipsticks end up super dark on my lips. I need a nude with just a slight brownish tint. Also is this warm or cool toned? I can't tell. It seems to be on the cooler side?
