Senior Director of Associate Vice President?

Hi! Wondering what folks thoughts are on the difference between these two job levels. At my org they're somewhat interchangeable. I've been offered a promotion and am negotiating several details, including the title. In your world, is AVP vs Senior Director much different? Does AVP lend more seniority to you? If it makes a difference, industry is mining.

Any fur connoseurs know what animal fur this vintage coat is? I was told it is mink, but the pattern has me questioning.

This was my great aunt's floor length fur coat I just inherited, purchased originally on the East Coast of Canada around the 1960s. Lucky to have it! Keen to know what it's made of.

Does this 9 year old need a spacer and 2 baby teeth removed?

Hello!

We just got hit with a $5,000+ CAD quote for my 9 year old daughter to get a spacer plus two baby teeth removed. The Ortho said that her mouth is too small and her teeth too large and it is causing "high crowding". We do not have that kind of money readily available, so I'm just trying to get a sense of how serious it is. The Ortho said it's possible for that k9 to go through her pallet and cause worse problems. They want to start treatment ASAP. Any opinions for or against would be helpful to us. Thank you.

Rough start to 3 week camping trip. Can you guess what we left in our yard, 1000 kms away?

Short term trailer storage?

Hello. Looking for recommendations! My family is on a 3-week camping trip through Saskatchewan. We are staying at an airbnb though for four nights in Regina. Wondering if anyone has tips for where I could store a 12-ft tent trailer? The airbnb we have unfortunately only has street parking, and I'm guessing parking trailers on the street isn't authorized in your city.

What's with all the mice this year?

I have lived in the Yukon for 15 years, and my partner was raised here, and we've never seen so many mice! We're fighting for our lives against these little shits this spring. Anyone else dealing with this? Besides setting lots of traps, any tips for going scorched earth on these assholes?

The only picture proof of me being present at our family's camping trip

In classic fashion, I spent the weekend dutifully taking pictures and videos of our family camping trip. Upon our return, I went through my husband's pictures to collate our albums, and this was the one picture to prove I was even there. 🙃

If you're a mom in a hetero-relationship, you probably know my pain... and if not, congrats!

Booked a camping site, inadvertently joined a cult.

Looking forward to doing some camping in Saskatchewan this summer, and bonus... looks like I'm joining a cult too!
