Any recipes with honey as the main/important ingredient?

I have extra honey at home and I usually just use it with tea, shakes, or as a side with chapati/dosa. Randomly thought, what about food where honey is the main ingredient.

Please share recipes where honey is a main/important ingredient. Sweet or savoury, breakfast, snacks, desserts, drinks, anything!

Would love easy, beginner-friendly recipes and ones that don't need a ton of fancy ingredients. I’d especially love stovetop or no-oven recipes, since I don't have an oven, air fryer, or similar appliances 😅

Help me choose what to get under ₹700 pls!

I made a post previously asking for what discovery/trial sets would be nice to start with. I kept looking for options, reviews etc nd it was all mixed. Some sets had just one scent that I'd like and others were not very clear for me.

Somehow landed up on these options to try. I like Vanilla, coconut, lemon/citrus, strawberry (not too strong), cool ocean/aqua and milky scents.

Pls share reviews or better alternatives with similar price range for the products!

Thank u:)

Which should I get under ₹700? (Pls read post)

I've never really given much thought to perfumes and am finally trying to get something that suits me and actually lasts. I've only used Engage and Wottagirl before, which were super cheap and obviously didn't last very long 😭

I don't want to spend too much at once and then regret it if I don't even like the fragrance, so I'm looking at discovery/trial sets (mostly 2ml) under ₹700.

For context, I usually like: Vanilla, Coconut, Milky/creamy scents, Lemon/citrus, Jasmine, Strawberry (as long as it's not too strong or overly fruity)

Not a big fan of chocolate, and lavender usually gives me a headache.

I've seen very mixed reviews about the Plum Vanilla perfume. I have their Vanilla body oil nd found the scent quite artificial and it doesn't last long, so I'm a little sceptical about trying the perfume.

Also, I won't be going out much, so I can let the perfumes macerate and I'm expecting to use these pretty sparingly. I already have a big Wottagirl bottle that I need to finish, and it's a very fruity scent, so whatever I buy now would mainly be for special occasions rather than everyday use.

So if there's any other discovery/trial set under ₹700 that you think would be better suited to my preferences, please suggest it! I'm also open to attar or perfume oil trials/miniatures if there are good options under ₹700.

Would really appreciate recommendations from people who've actually tried these!

Any ideas to use these for home decor? Pls share ur diy/craft ideas!

We’re repainting our house and, while clearing things out, found a lot of crockery items that were given as wedding gifts. These were the ones separated to be thrown away, but I really don’t like the idea of wasting them 😭 I’d rather repurpose them into decor or something useful.

This is what I’ve planned so far:

  • Tiny cups: I’m thinking of using them for succulents or other tiny plants.
  • Bowls: Probably planters too, but I have quite a few, so I’d love ideas for other ways to reuse them.
  • Glass plates: THIS is where I’m completely stuck 😭 I know I could use them as storage/trinket trays, but I already have enough repurposed containers for that. I was thinking of using one as a painting palette, but I’ll still have 4–5 more. I also have no idea what to do with the glass tea cups.
  • Trays: I’m thinking of using two for mosaic art. For the last tray with the pretty border, I’m thinking of painting something on it and using it as wall decor.

Please share reference pictures, tutorial links, etc. so I can actually see how it’s done!

I especially need ideas for the glass plates, because I really don’t want to break or throw them away if there’s something cool I can make with them!! 🥹

Found these while cleaning, looking for DIY/upcycling ideas! Especially for the glass plates.

Found all of these old dishes, cups, trays while cleaning & I don't want them to end up in the trash 😭 There aren't really any thrift shops or places around here where I can send them, plus my uncle/aunt would probably just throw them away.

I'm thinking of DIYing/upcycling them into something useful or decorative.

Best kitchen storage sets from Amazon/Flipkart/Meesho? Please share links!

Getting new storage containers and other kitchen stuff to finally replace all the random old bottles/containers we’ve been using 😂

Looking for good-quality, airtight sets for:

  • Spices/masalas
  • Pulses/dal
  • Fridge storage (vegetables, fish etc)

I’ll be buying from Amazon, Flipkart or Meesho, whichever is cheaper, so please share links to products you’ve personally used and liked. Preferably something budget-friendly with good reviews rather than just something that looks nice!

Also open to recommendations for other kitchen essentials that genuinely make life easier.

Please drop the links if you have them!

What are your favorite alternatives to Zara, H&M, and other fast fashion brands?

I've often seen people recommend Zara, H&M, and similar brands as better-quality alternatives to Zudio, Savana, and other ultra-fast fashion brands.

The thing is, I've never shopped from Zara, H&M, or similar big fast fashion brands, and I don't really plan to either.

Could you recommend some better alternatives instead? Would love to discover brands that make better-quality clothes that last long.

I'm looking for brands that are:

  • Better quality than typical fast fashion
  • Reasonably priced (don't have to be super cheap, just worth the money)
  • Available in India nd Sustainable, if possible
  • Clothes that last for years with proper care
  • Would be great if the brand has breathable fabrics like cotton or linen options too!

I'd also love recommendations for thrift stores that sell good-quality clothes at reasonable prices.

Do share ur recommendations..whether they're well-known brands, smaller labels, or your favorite thrift finds! :)

What are your go-to quick dinner recipes under 30 mins? 😭

Please share your go-to 30-minute (or less) dinner recipes for everyday cooking🙏

I currently spend an hour or more making dinner for 3 people, and I really can't afford to lose that much time since I'm preparing for competitive exams.

Right now I usually make dosa or chapati with sides like egg curry, paneer, onion curry, or pudina chutney. I also have vermicelli and pasta, but I obviously can't eat pasta every night. 😭

I'd love recipes that are:

  • Ready in 30 minutes or less (prep + cooking)
  • Tasty nd filling enough for 3 people
  • Beginner-friendly
  • Use easily available ingredients

Also, if there are any pantry staples or ingredients I should keep stocked that make quick dinners easier, please let me know. Meal prep ideas are welcome too!

Thanks in advance! :)

Found this broken side mirror. How can I upcycle this?

I found this broken car side mirror , and instead of throwing it away, I wan to turn it into something.

I have some air-dry clay, so my first thought was to make a frame around the mirror.

But I'd love more ideas! What else could I do with it? Any creative DIYs or upcycling projects that I can try?

Has anyone tried this?

I've been thinking of getting this but wanna know if it's a good purchase before I buy it. Please share reviews if you've tried this out:)

Reviews & best products you've tried from these brands?

I've been thinking of trying a few products from these brands and wanted to hear some reviews before I place an order.

I'm especially want to know about:

  • Juicy Chemistry: the Orange Deodorant Stick
  • Bare Necessities: Solid deodorant tins & soaps

If you've tried anything from either of these brands, I'd love to know your favourite products nd anything that's a definite skip?

Feel free to recommend other products from them too!

Bored of wearing my hair down... any hairstyle recs?

I've been cutting my own hair for a while now, and it's a mix between a butterfly cut and a wolf cut. I have 2A/2B wavy hair, and honestly, leaving it open is the only hairstyle that consistently looks good on me. On good hair days, my waves come out really beautifully, and even when it gets a little frizzy, I don't mind the look.

However, I'm getting bored with wearing it down almost everytime :(

The only other hairstyle that suits me is a half-up, half-down style. I've tried things like front braids, but they just don't look right on me. I also have pretty thin hair, so anytime I braid it, the lack of volume becomes really obvious, the braids end up looking quite flat. When I wear it down, though, the layers and waves make it look much fuller.

I'd love to experiment with different hairstyles, but I'm not sure what would actually work with my haircut and hair type.

Pls share any updos, half-up styles, twists, or other hairstyles that look good on thin, wavy hair with layers. Would love it if they're fairly easy to do!

I'd love to hear your suggestions or see photos/videos if you have any inspiration.

Thank u:)

Need exterior paint colour suggestions pls!

My uncle is planning to repaint his house, and the second AI-edited image is the colour scheme he currently likes. The third one is ok-ok for now.

Before finalising it, we'd love to explore a few more options to see if there's an even better combination.

What colour combination would you recommend for this house? If possible, please mention specific shades (or paint codes/brand colours) or share reference images.

Thanks in advance! We'd really appreciate your suggestions. :)

How would you redecorate this room with very low budget? (DIY ideas welcome)

I'm looking to redecorate this room, but I don't have the budget for painting walls or making major changes. The furniture is veryy old, but it's sturdy and in really good condition.

I enjoy DIY projects and can do a bit of painting/crafting, so I'm open to creative ideas rather than buying new things.

One idea I have is turning the wooden frame near the bed into a dual-purpose bulletin board of sorts (Second image for reference):

  • The side facing the desk would be for study notes, reminders, etc.
  • The side facing the bed would be for artwork, posters, photos, or things I've made.

Given the current setup, what would you change first? Looking for DIY decor ideas, room-layout suggestions, or anything else that could make the room feel a lil more cozy and personalised without spending much money.
