been having issues with my nails since I started my meds over a year ago but didn’t realize my meds were actually the problem lol, they don’t grow smooth but instead like printer lines; imagine Minecraft blockiness but with my nails (not as severe but they have stutters) they also bend and break soooo easily; they bend and then crack at the crease. they’re so bendable that they don’t fully crack but just crumple 😭😭 like how do I even describe this. basically is there anything I can do to help this issue? like do I use a nail strengthening solution? Supplements? thank you!

hello! I wanted to ask this community if anyone has experience with ketamine treatment for trauma/cptsd but also have schizoaffective disorders? I also have OCD, but my therapist and psychiatrist are thinking about ketamine treatment along with EMDR, only thing is my psychiatrist is worried about my experience with psychosis. I’m currently medicated for that and haven’t experienced psychosis for about a year and a half now. Happy to hear from anyone who also just tried ketamine treatment, and their experience with it. appreciate it so much, thank you
