I made a post a day or two ago with a pretty simplistic modlist that was given the okay by you guys, but then I started looking through a bunch of other mods and started adding other things and now I'm not sure if everything I have is compatible. Especially Sim Settlements 2 seems to have a lot of Dos and Don'ts to it from what I'm reading online. I like big quest mods and I like collecting stuff so I wanna try playing LOTD along with Skyrim Extended Cut - Saints and Seducers. I already did a sort of test run using the cheat room and there's a few items I couldn't find like the bug pets added by Saints & Seducers, a few spell tomes, and I never found out how to unlock Golden or Dark smithing. Has anyone here ever run these together before or at least know where I can find all the new Saints & Secuders items in the Asylum? I'll also post my load order below in case something with that turns out to be the issue.

Starting on Friday night I noticed my outer gums started feeling sore on the upper left side near my molars and premolars. I figured it was probably nothing since I looked in the mirror with a flashlight and my gums on that side look the same as my gums on the other side that have no pain at all. But now it's a few days later and the soreness is still there, plus starting around Saturday night the soreness also started causing this sore itchy feeling in my upper left cheek and that same kinda feeling even reaches up around my left eye sometimes now. Still today my gums look normal, maybe a tiny bit red but basically unchanged from when I first noticed the pain. Throughout all this my teeth haven't hurt at all, just this one area of my gums. I've been rinsing my mouth with warm salt water which seems to help a bit and I have a dentist appointment this Friday. It's not really that painful it's more just really annoying, does anyone here know what this could be? Or if it sounds minor or like the beginning of something more serious? Also sorry for no pictures, but the redness I mentioned is so minor it doesn't show up in any pictures.

I put together a new load order and started testing some stuff out to make sure everything was working right, and I got to the point where Balgruuf makes you Thane. Instead of giving me the LotD version of the Thane weapon he just gave me a vanilla random weapon with a random enchantment. I thought maybe I just needed to download Thane Weapons Reborn (I later found out that's supposed to already be included in LotD) and that would fix it, and it did make Balgruuf give me the right weapon, but then I was unable to place it in the museum, it kept saying I lacked the required item. So I'm unsure what to do at this point. I'll post my full load order below.

UPDATE: I tried installing the big Hall of Wonder patch collection like a comment suggested but I'm still having the same issue of Balgruuf giving me a random enchanted vanilla weapon.

I've (28 M) been a little nervous about my hair thinning for a while now so I scheduled an appointment with a dermatologist. She told me since it was her first time seeing me that she couldn't tell whether my hair was actually thinning or if what she's seeing is just my regular healthy hairline. She took some pictures so she could compare them with my next visit in a few months and we started talking about possible treatment options. She recommended trying minodixil before then adding in finasteride if it was needed, which struck me as odd because from what I've seen online it always seems like it should be finasteride first, then adding minoxidil if needed. I know the doctor usually knows better than random people on the Internet but I figured I'd ask about it here anyway.
