I put together a new load order and started testing some stuff out to make sure everything was working right, and I got to the point where Balgruuf makes you Thane. Instead of giving me the LotD version of the Thane weapon he just gave me a vanilla random weapon with a random enchantment. I thought maybe I just needed to download Thane Weapons Reborn (I later found out that's supposed to already be included in LotD) and that would fix it, and it did make Balgruuf give me the right weapon, but then I was unable to place it in the museum, it kept saying I lacked the required item. So I'm unsure what to do at this point. I'll post my full load order below.

UPDATE: I tried installing the big Hall of Wonder patch collection like a comment suggested but I'm still having the same issue of Balgruuf giving me a random enchanted vanilla weapon.

I've (28 M) been a little nervous about my hair thinning for a while now so I scheduled an appointment with a dermatologist. She told me since it was her first time seeing me that she couldn't tell whether my hair was actually thinning or if what she's seeing is just my regular healthy hairline. She took some pictures so she could compare them with my next visit in a few months and we started talking about possible treatment options. She recommended trying minodixil before then adding in finasteride if it was needed, which struck me as odd because from what I've seen online it always seems like it should be finasteride first, then adding minoxidil if needed. I know the doctor usually knows better than random people on the Internet but I figured I'd ask about it here anyway.
