Alpha-gal accommodations

Have y’all had to make any menu or kitchen prep adjustments for alpha-gal? Must be heavily location dependent but apparently these ticks are being found in more and more locations every year

“Alpha-gal is usually triggered by a tick bite (most commonly Lone Star tick in the United States) which causes the immune system to create a food allergy to mammalian products. This includes red meats, dairy, and animal byproducts such as gelatin and certain medications or vaccines.”
