Where to resell flowers?
Other than FB marketplace, where’s a good place to sell faux flower arrangements? I have 1 bridal bouquet (pictured) and 6 bridesmaid. We’re leaning more towards real flowers now. Thanks!

Thinking about ordering from this Etsy shop but unsure whether the dresses give off poor quality or cheap. These are real customer reviews of different dresses they offer. Not too sure about the heavy gathering at the waists but maybe that can be customized?
I’m not sure if they’re called pleats but it’s the vertical lines on the skirt of my dress. Those won’t be affected when I get it hemmed right? Unless the weight of the bottom of the dress is what’s creating those pleats? Pic of my dress 1/4 of the way zipped in. Thanks!
I’m thinking about adding lace gloves to my wedding look but I’m nervous that it’ll accentuate my already huge arms since they’ll make them look chopped horizontally 😩 pic #2 is what I was thinking of buying
I fell in love with this veil but it’s not within my budget.. so I’m trying to replicate it the closest that I can. I really do love both patterns but I’m not in love with how pointy/triangle looking the edges are in lace #1 but I could probably have it be rounded out a little
I’m currently in the process of looking for a seamstress to do my alterations. I found this lady but not really sure what good alteration looks like. She would charge me $300 to hem, add a bustle, possibly take it in, and add detachable hip crinoline.. I’m considering going to her but not sure if I’ll regret it. I attached some screenshots of her work.

I’d like to ask my seamstress to add something like this to my wedding dress to create the illusion of a smaller waist. I tried my dress with a petticoat in the shop and it wasn’t quite the look I was going for. It gave me more volume towards the bottom of my skirt when I wanted it the most on my hip area.
Is this something that an experienced seamstress could easily do or is this an unusual request?
Examples of ones I’ve seen online!
I initially wanted the takera veil by Maggie sottero but I don’t have takera money lol. I chose a pretty plain and simple dress so I wanted to dress it up with a mantilla veil. Both would be in cathedral length. We’re also getting married in a catholic cathedral so I want something that matches the vibe! Last pic is my bouquet inspo if you wanted to envision the full look.
I love the scalloped chantilly lace on it. It’s the Maggie sottero takera veil. Also willing to purchase if you have one!
My dress is A line with basque waist.. I’m looking to add volume the most where the top meets the skirt so it can create an illusion of a smaller waist. Would something like this work? I tried a regular petticoat and it just didn’t give the volume I want at the top of the skirt
I’d love off the shoulder sleeves but I don’t know if that would look good. I’m trying to envision it but it’s so hard 😂
Title pretty much says it. I picked up my dress at the shop and it came really wrinkly. Do I steam it first before I take it to my alterations appointment or does the seamstress do that for me after alterations?
Found this dress on Etsy. I wanted to see if I can save some money by skipping a bridal shop and getting a dress online. The first picture is the listing picture and the rest are from reviews. How does the quality look? I don’t know much about wedding dresses so I don’t know what anything should look like. Should I buy it or save the money for something I can see in person?
Not really seeking for anything but just wanting to vent. I took 2 weeks off work and I’m heading back to work tonight and I can’t stop sobbing. It was literally the best 2 weeks off my life. I’m mostly scheduled every weekend (not my choice) and it was so nice to have a weekend off. I didnt do anything extravagant but I was able to relax, hang out with family and friends, and just do things I wanted to do. I feel like a total baby because I feel like I should be rejuvenated to go back to work. The worst part is, my manager scheduled me for 4 12’s in a row 4 weeks in a row and some days, I can barely handle 3 12’s in a row. I know I’ll show up and do my job but I’m so miserable. I’ve been a nurse for 7 years so I don’t know why I’ve been so anxious the past few months. Being in med surg probably doesn’t help. Wish me luck the next 4 nights!
And also appropriate for a Catholic ceremony 😅 I said yes to the first dress (with sleeves) but now I’m debating whether I should’ve gone with something that isn’t so plain!! Just thinking whether I could’ve added sleeves or something to the lace dresses
I think it’s because the sample dress was wayyyyy too small for me so it was cinching me at my waist to the point where I could barely breathe (or zip up past my lower back lol). I received my actual dress in my size and while I love it, it kind of looks different. My dress is already snug on me so I can’t cinch the waist in anymore. It’s partially making me regret my decision. I feel like I shouldn’t have fallen in love/said yes to a dress that I couldn’t fully visually see. Not asking for any advice, just venting 😅
I want to add more volume right where the seam ends at the waist to create an illusion of a smaller waist (I’m very rectangular shape lol). The bridal shop let me try a crinoline slip underneath (pictured) this but it’s still not the volume I’m looking for. Is this something a seamstress will have to add? I was looking at v shaped petticoats for the basque waist and they don’t seem to exist 😅
I think I already may know the answer but I just wanted confirmation and advice. I picked up my dress yesterday and it’s SO tight. So tight that 2 people had to zip me in and my back fat bulges out.
I told the store my issue and they are willing to let me get the next size up which would come in time for our wedding. My mom is telling me to keep this size and just told me to lose more weight (I’ve already lost 20 pounds) and have the sides let out. I haven’t consulted with a seamstress so I’m not sure if that’s even possible with my dress. I’m torn on what to do!
I chose my dress last week and I’m kind of spiraling and overthinking everything! It was the first and only bridal boutique I went to and it was actually the first dress I tried on. I tried about 10 more dresses (with lace, pearls, beading, etc) and I kept going back to this one.
Now looking back at pictures, I’m wondering if I should’ve gone with something more lace-y to go with a lace mantilla veil that I’m planning to wear… or that I should’ve went to another boutique and tried on more dresses
Also, I found a similar dress to mine on Etsy with great reviews that’s about $700-800 cheaper. I can’t seem to shake off the thought that maybe I could’ve saved $700 instead of spending $1550 on something that’s so…. Simple and plain? My dress arrives in a month and I’m so nervous to try it on again! I’ve thought of maybe adding lace peeking through at the top of the bodice but not sure how much that would cost 😅
Sorry, some of the pics are screenshots from videos so they look potato quality lol
