I watched Assassination Classroom first around 8 years ago. I got over it a week after...
Now I am 24 years old and I watched a reaction of this anime's final...

Tears came again. This anime is totally a masterpiece... it has comedic relief, character development, good pacing and real plot unlike many isekai slops we see nowadays...

It's just... Koro-Sensei is such a lovable and great character. It's the type of character we all wish we had in our lifes. And even if he is a fictional character, he feels real and believable and he actually teaches us great things about life. I am sure the creator of this story is a great person and they exposed their ideal worldview perfectly.

For some reason, the 25th episode hurts worse than the 24th one. It's just that... living in a world without a person you hold dearest to you is a different world. And often, that world feels empty. It doesn't have to be a teacher... it can be your lover, your parents, your friends...

Seeing those kids become adults and moving on is great - this anime tries to enforce an optimistic viewpoint on you. But you as a viewer, you've attached for Koro-Sensei and you feel for the character. It forces you to realize that one day you'll also have to move on from something... and when that day comes, what you have known as life previously will shatter.

I just had these thoughts and I said why not share...

Literalmente, nu conteaza daca ma uit la un cotet de 500 de euro sau la o masina de 15.000 de euro - toate au in anunt fraze de genul "abia am schimbat distributia, franele, nu necesita investitii si e gata de drum" sau "masina e intretinuta, se deplaseaza pe orice distanta si nu consuma ulei".

Am observat ca masinile care provin de la unic proprietar se vad mai scump decat altele care nu. Eu cand mi-am cumparat prima masina in 2021, am gasit un tip care a inceput anuntul cu "stiu ce vand!" si a listat si defectele. Bine, nu le-a listat pe toate... a uitat sa-mi spuna ca filetul de la o bujie e facut praf si are nevoie de un fel de adaptor... dar in rest nu m-a mintit...

Acum cand ma uit si eu la a cumpara o a doua masina... fie ceva mai nou si mai dotat, fie o a doua masina mai sport pentru weekend-uri, toate anunturile sunt literalmente la fel. Eu am avut putin noroc dar alti tovarasi care si-au luat masini de la pomperi sau oameni in cravata s-au trezit tepuiti si au tras cu masinile alea enorm.

Acum cativa ani mergea treaba cu "daca te-ai setat pe un model, nu cumperi cel mai ieftin exemplar, cumperi unul mai scump ca probabil a fost mai bine intretinut" dar acum parca mi se pare ca nu mai merge. Cred ca, spre exemplu, decat sa dai 6000 de euro pe un TT MK1 care zice proprietarul ca a investit in el, mai bine iei o cazatura la 2000 de euro unde si ala zice ca a investit in el... dar ramai cu 4000 de euro in buzunar de reparatii... ca nu-ti garanteaza nimeni ca ce ar pica la ala de 2000 de euro ar pica si la ala de 6000 de euro.

Da, am dat asa un exemplu mai anormal cu TT MK1 dar si cand ma uit la masini mai noi si de daily, le vezi anul 2018 dar cu peste 200.000km si preturi de 10.000-15.000 euro. Realistic vorbind, chiar daca masina e noua, uzura e mare - care-s sansele sa nu pice la ea chestii la fel de des ca la un Golf IV? Care astea noi sunt si mult mai complicate ca mecanica/tehnologie deci mai multe puncte de failure.

Nu stiu, poate sunt eu nebun sau neexperimentat cu piata de masini SH dar cand aud ce tepe si-au tras alti oameni, ma simt norocos ca am prins masina mea cum am prins-o. De bine sau de rau, nu a necesitat interventii serioase si scumpe timp de 3-4 ani. Deci, cred eu, ca in contextul actual, anul nu mai e relevant. Daca vrei un model, cred ca cel mai safe e sa-l cumperi pe cel mai ieftin care-l gasesti si sa-l repari... decat sa cumperi unul la suprapret sperand ca a fost mai ingrijit cand in realitate e doar bine cosmetizat si dupa te trezesti ca-ti pica toate... luna si piesa care se duce.

On a powerbank holder I placed four 18650 which worked fine for a few days. After that, I pulled them out and put them back in and the powerbank wasn't receiving any current... pulled them out and put them back for a few times... nothing... I thought "maybe I'm stupid and it's opposite polarity?". When I switched them... a few components on my powerbank board smoked. I pulled the batteries fast... tested again with correct polarity and it worked...

Now, I am not gonna use the board again because it's damaged and not safe even if it has current flowing now... but any idea what could've caused it not to work before? Also, are my 18650 batteries damaged now? They all show 4.35-4.37 voltage with a tester and they didn't swell, smell weird of get hot.

I heard the manga has been cancelled and the anime doesn't renew with a season 5 for a few years already. I watched High School DxD first when I was 14. Now I am 22 and I am still yearning for more and I rewatch it from time to time.

I thought this series was successful? Everyone I know loves the series and it's extremely popular. Is there any particular reason they cancelled it? Or are there any hopes/rumours it will continue at some point in the future?

I am not necessarily a huge fan of the ecchi and harem stuff but I enjoyed the plot a lot, especially in the first and second season. Yes, it's not much plot, but seeing Issei giving his all for Rias and Rias caring for her single pawn always gave me gooseboomps.

Recently I had a few games where I was away from keyboard at least a minute... not enough to impact me severely but enough to have a slightly slower start as a jungle. In a few of them, my teammates even decided to remake causing me to lose my LP.

I know this is primarily my problem for not being attentive to the game... but sometimes I am just used to the old times where you'd have at least two or three minutes after champion select to go to something like using the bathroom or grabbing a quick snack. And playing League since 2014, that longer loading screen became muscle memory and... sometimes I forget the game loads so fast these days (like, 10 seconds?) and I go take a quick "release" or pour a cup of water. And when I'm back... oopsie.... I'm late.

Does anyone relate to this?
As a boomer, I miss those times when you could trashtalk guys whose loading screen was slow =] It made up for some good pause times and memes.

Personal, mi s-a parut foarte dezamagitor. Singurul lucru pozitiv este ca am reusit sa fac poza cu Seth Gilliam, actorul parintelui Gabriel din The Walking Dead. In schimb... ce nu mi-a placut deloc :
->au banat toate costumele militare;
->mult prea multi copii;
->double standards - unii intrau cu mancare si apa inauntru, altii nu;
->unii veneau cu costume cu tente vulgare prea mari si fetishuri ascunse;
->miros si aglomeratie foarte mare;
->preturi ridicole, ori dai 30-45 lei sa te hidratezi intr-o zi ori mori de sete;
->merch-uri foarte scumpe si unele print-uri erau literlamente facute cu o imprimanta care-si dadea duhul;

I am making my bachelor's degree project in robotics and up so far I only did simple basic projects with Arduino. My project is supposed to have a small RC robot with 4 wheels that tracks a human and rotates accordingly to record them.

I bought a Pi5 2GB which I have learned more and more that it needs more attention and conditions... so I found out about the Pi Zero 2W. Initially, I thought about having Pi5 with Mediapipe installed on it and simply have the entire thing running on it's own... but compared to an Arduino board, it doesn't like being connected to the same power source as the wheel motors... so I'd have to either include 2 power sources or increase circuit complexity to satisfy the Pi's needs.

With Pi Zero 2W I'd magine I'd just ask it to send video to a PC for instance and receive comands from the same PC like how to turn and so on. Also, Pi Zero 2W has, I think, easier debugging capabilities because I can work on my primary workstation and just upload the code via USB.

There's another thing... the Pi5 might be just too powerful for the simplicity of the project so I'd rather use it as something else... like a mini-PC for a smart TV or something. I got it for 80$ but it has only 2GB. I still have some time left for returning it... should I return it and get the 8GB version which is 160$ ? Or will the 2GB one be decent doing basic things like a retro console or mini internet browsing device?

In your experience, how do these approaches work in practice? What would you advise me to do? Thank you!
