As we step into the second half of the year, it’s the perfect time to check in with yourself. Ever feel like your mind is racing and your body is stuck on high alert? 🌪️✨
When intense stress, anxiety, or overwhelm hits, it’s not just "in your head" it’s a physical experience. Your heart rate rises, your muscles tighten, and your nervous system gets trapped in a "fight-or-flight" response.
If your goals for the rest of this year include more peace and less burnout, remember that one of the most powerful tools we have to change our emotional state is intentional movement 🧘🏾‍♀️.

In this voiceover, I’m opening up about exactly how my recent PMDD symptoms hit me hard during the work week, and the honest reality of navigating professional life while managing your mental and physical health.
