I am not mad but just seeing if I am wrong for being a bit annoyed. Buyer took off star for shipping time.

Buyer ordered tuesday. I shipped thursday. Well within the time frame allotted as end of day friday. It arrived saturday. Without making a stink why or trying to play for influence in opinions on feedback. My listings say it might take two/three days to ship due to sudden work travels.

Would you take off stars for shipping speed? Buyer didn’t reach out before the sale or after or anything and say they needed it sooner. Idk this isn’t amazon and never promised to ship sooner. I would have normally shipped wednesday but things prevented it.

Got an email Salad slashing payouts by 20-40 percent, unless you have 4090 or 5090. Just a psa. Basically saying its already not worth it, let's make it even less worth it.

So now trade in pricing is locked behind higher tier plans? My bill is already insane, but now I have to increase it more to get full trade in value on my devices? Seriously?

They sent me a message a few weeks ago to check my plans because their new plans could save me money. They all made my already 300.00 bill higher. I already have no service at home why would i give them more money.

Every page is slow to load. Search freaks out and starts searching if you pause for a milli second. All since the latest overhaul.

This morning, I placed order for breakfast no big deal. Said about 45 minutes, not bad, then order it and minute later said hour, fine still okay. Get notification that a driver picking up food and coming to me, great. Then they unassigned and it got delayed half hour, okay I'll live maybe it was an error that they said on my way to me. then another half hour delay, if they made the food when said they did, I don't want that food. So I try to cancel, can't because restaurant "started making food". That's after app had said it was picked up, or about to be picked up... Hell maybe driver did take food.

Live chat with ai until with multiple credit offers for delay until i can get a real person, then get a "person" that keeps gives that ai chat bot responses. They offer exact same offers as ai bot. They can't cancel for same reason. Telling me the same exact response as AI to just wait until its delivered. One minute it is just waiting on driver, next its still being prepared. Then it gets delayed another hour. So I asked for a refund or to close account. i asked multiple times to close account then. The "person" absolutely ignores the close account part so i know its still got to be a bot. So i have to fight to get a supervisor. it would be a total of 3 hours delayed for estimated delivery by the time I got a cancellation. So four hours since order, and thats the minimum time to deliver, range was a half hour. Who knows if there would be another delay.

"Supervisor" can only give a refund to in app credit only after a lot of back and forth, but at least finally cancels order. I do not want to receive food just to throw it out. Now i have to chargeback because I am not going to use the credits because if they think this delay is ok, how do i know they don't screw me next time. Absolutely under no circumstances should a refund be that difficult under these circumstances.

Who orders breakfast and would want it cold, delivered after lunch time. If that food was ACTUALLY made when they were claiming it was its absolutely gross, cold and greasy. Maybe even unsafe. If restaurant was that "Busy" and order could not be completed within a reasonable time frame from order they should cancel it, or never marked it as being prepared. If grubhub has no drivers in my area then I shouldn't be forced to accept old food or no food.

I did finally get the account cancellation and deletion request email too, that was a fight.

Three uber trips last week, uber could not get me a driver unless I paid priority fee or increased fair. Is this the new normal? A significant amount of time was waited before giving in to this fee. Just curious is this the new normal?

I will preface by saying I was polite while obviously frustrated and know delta is not the root reason for all the flight cancelations in this case.

11pm last night my flight was cancelled while on layover a 1000 miles from home. The app won’t tell you if you are at least waitlisted for replacement flight you select. So i went to replacement gate and just politely asked if I was at least successfully wait listed. Agent wouldn’t answer and i was not even asking my chances of getting on flight. Sent me to airline service desk. So I had to wait in 45 minute que to find out or try to get another flight.

Person at desk was rude from beginning. Nothing was their responsibility because it was “weather” related. Couldn’t even try to wait list me on replacement flights for today. Gave me attitude to everything I asked. Hotel accommodations, rental assistance, flights with delta, flights with other airlines. He was willing to strand me at an airport 3/4 hours away from home where i could figure it out myself… then had nerve to throw his hands down and sigh when i asked him to cancel flight and get refund started.

All the other flights i could find were disappearing and getting way more expensive during all this. The car rental places ran out of vehicles. I got one of the last rooms at an airport adjacent hotel.

All this while watching another gate get strung along all night for a lack of staffing for airplane and other excuses to cancel because it was obviously too late to fly into the airport. So now all these people had even less options than i did.

Again the problem is the lack of customer service, empathy or help. Especially when the customer is calm and polite. When I said i was stranded a thousand miles from home and he couldn’t even pretend to by sympathetic he said “and?”.

Worst part delta emailed me and said i could apply for coverage on everything he said they can’t help with. He could have at least explained i could have applied for this stuff.

Delta do better. Train better. Hire better. Maybe treat employees better.

Everything by me is listed as a long distance delivery and charges more. Do you get the additional or just the same base pay when they charge more? Everything’s like 5 to 6 miles away and listed as long distance delivery so they can charge more. Door dash is only one that does this, at least by me.

Just curious if this is just them taking more profits.

My deposits are sitting at about a week processing. Usually in a day or two i get the payment on its way email. I have not received them.

Sometimes lock screen pin keyboard will no show to unlock. I can by pass with accessibility by forcing on screen keyboard but it is annoying. If i force the pin keyboard to open with microphone the keys don’t work. Short cut keyboard left back button plus up does not work on pin. Yesterday when this happened restart fixed it. Tonight no effect.

Is there a fix for this, i looked it up and only found threads complaining about issue going back a couple years, but no solutions I saw. Again its not end of world but i would like it to work.

I am getting more people contacting me through profile instead of item itself to make written offers on items and or people keep sending me written offers but won’t use offer system. Is something not working with offers?

First i didn’t know you could contact outside items. Keep getting a lot of low offer messages from people not using the item page. Second getting a lot of people saying i’ll give you “x” and i say okay please send offer then nothing. Normally i just get offers on items, but lately zero but a lot of messages with offers. Business been slow but this switch to people not sending offers seems weird on top of it.

The reason i don’t want to send the offer myself is, if i send offer next time i promote mercari will force me to go under that offer, can’t even offer that price as promotion. Also if they send an offer I know they are serious. I sent an offer few months ago to match a guys offer and guy never responded but when i next promoted item mercari wanted me to take another 5% off the offer i sent, so i was really promoting for like 30% off in one go.

While not a big deal I guess but anything you search logged in gets sent to you constantly like you want to buy it. I like to price check anonymously just so I don’t constantly be shown items i don’t want to buy.

After a while of playing my computer mouse and other plastics like keyboards and phone case can get like that too. I wash my hands regularly. I tried hand soap and dawn. Cut out the hand soap thinking maybe it was that. Washed the plastic with dawn. Then now isopropyl alcohol it seems better now but i am sure it will return. I don’t use lotions or hand sanitizer. I try not eat with my hands then use computer.

I had to replace mouse because it died for other reason and new one was good and it is happening again. It was used version of same mouse i had laying around, alienware 510’. I thought could be material i am having trouble with but my steel series for laptop i use less frequently feels same.

Maybe i have a change in my hand sweat i need looked at. This is a new thing. Anything else i can do, its so unpleasant i am considering gloves to play.

I recently changed brakes due being low. I used aftermarket, wagner rotors and pads. They were not cheap by any means. At first they were great, but i am back to working from home with some travel but not much. So even after sitting just a couple days they get rust and are noisy. It is so bad that i drove 200 miles in 2 days and the noise was still present. It is not feint noise, it is loud and doesn’t clear up anymore. Are there any aftermarkets that are any more resistant to this or should i go oem? I worked similar job previously and oem rotors never did this.

I was out of work when i did the brakes so i tried to save a bit of money. My other concern is that new oem honda will do same thing. The originals did not but they had worn surface from use. Not only is noise very irritating it is not a good look for client site visits or meeting executives.

So as title says. Considering selling second pc. It is a 9950x3d, 96gb ram 9070xt and 6tb nvme. Should i sell off ram and some storage to bring price down? Obviously put ram back in it, just like 32gb.

Or should i keep that and sell main pc. 9800x3d, 5080, 64gb. The nvidia pc will sell faster and easier i am sure.

Basically i need space, money is nice too. I have desktop replacement laptop now too. Work requires me to have one. I know first world problems. I know both are expensive in today’s market. And specs are a bit excessive.

9000 dollars for a 5090 machine? Now we are just getting ridiculous. Costs are not that bad to justify this.

Due to huge increase in premiums randomly on my car insurance, I decided to pay monthly. I normally paid by 6 months all at once to just get it over with, but since insurance has nearly doubled in past couple years I decided that I am done doing that. No accidents or issues, just as they say cost of repairs have gone up. Now every month I pay they send me new insurance cards. That is on top of telling me constantly the payment is due. Never been late and always pay early.

Mildly infuriated by waste of paper, but if I am not only one that is a huge waste of money and resources. Contacted customer service to fix this? They offered to send me another set.
