I understand security requirements. I am just tired of more mfa and passkeys and sms and email codes being on everything. Especially bullshit like facebook messenger.
While not a big deal I guess but anything you search logged in gets sent to you constantly like you want to buy it. I like to price check anonymously just so I don’t constantly be shown items i don’t want to buy.
After a while of playing my computer mouse and other plastics like keyboards and phone case can get like that too. I wash my hands regularly. I tried hand soap and dawn. Cut out the hand soap thinking maybe it was that. Washed the plastic with dawn. Then now isopropyl alcohol it seems better now but i am sure it will return. I don’t use lotions or hand sanitizer. I try not eat with my hands then use computer.
I had to replace mouse because it died for other reason and new one was good and it is happening again. It was used version of same mouse i had laying around, alienware 510’. I thought could be material i am having trouble with but my steel series for laptop i use less frequently feels same.
Maybe i have a change in my hand sweat i need looked at. This is a new thing. Anything else i can do, its so unpleasant i am considering gloves to play.
I recently changed brakes due being low. I used aftermarket, wagner rotors and pads. They were not cheap by any means. At first they were great, but i am back to working from home with some travel but not much. So even after sitting just a couple days they get rust and are noisy. It is so bad that i drove 200 miles in 2 days and the noise was still present. It is not feint noise, it is loud and doesn’t clear up anymore. Are there any aftermarkets that are any more resistant to this or should i go oem? I worked similar job previously and oem rotors never did this.
I was out of work when i did the brakes so i tried to save a bit of money. My other concern is that new oem honda will do same thing. The originals did not but they had worn surface from use. Not only is noise very irritating it is not a good look for client site visits or meeting executives.
So as title says. Considering selling second pc. It is a 9950x3d, 96gb ram 9070xt and 6tb nvme. Should i sell off ram and some storage to bring price down? Obviously put ram back in it, just like 32gb.
Or should i keep that and sell main pc. 9800x3d, 5080, 64gb. The nvidia pc will sell faster and easier i am sure.
Basically i need space, money is nice too. I have desktop replacement laptop now too. Work requires me to have one. I know first world problems. I know both are expensive in today’s market. And specs are a bit excessive.

9000 dollars for a 5090 machine? Now we are just getting ridiculous. Costs are not that bad to justify this.
Due to huge increase in premiums randomly on my car insurance, I decided to pay monthly. I normally paid by 6 months all at once to just get it over with, but since insurance has nearly doubled in past couple years I decided that I am done doing that. No accidents or issues, just as they say cost of repairs have gone up. Now every month I pay they send me new insurance cards. That is on top of telling me constantly the payment is due. Never been late and always pay early.
Mildly infuriated by waste of paper, but if I am not only one that is a huge waste of money and resources. Contacted customer service to fix this? They offered to send me another set.
