I have Grade 3 OA, had bad flare last weekend. Went to doc and he wants to give me a steroid injection. Anyone have this and if so how long did it give you relief ?

My left hand is all pins and needles, I have full strength in my hand, no pain, no burning, but no fine motor skills. EMG tech says I have carpal tunnel & neuropathy. I had an ultrasound and my Ortopedic Surgeon I says I have ulnar nerve compression at the elbow, no carpal tunnel & neuropathy or median nerve damage. Ortopedic wants to operate and decompress the ulnar nerve, of coarse with no guarante it will improve my hand. Who should I believe ??
on my iPhone11 the majority of my photos have disappeared. I did not delete them. Is it possible to recover them ??
71(M) here, not from I/C. I do not drive ... take Uber everywhere. I have many doctors appointments (10 so far in Sept.) I go to UIHC for my visits. I go to Main Campus, IRL in Coralville, North Liberty, and the latest is in Tiffin. I can not walk to a bus stop due to medical issues. Are there any other ways to get around other than Yellow Cab, I tried them with no luck whatsoever. Uber is breaking my bank , need something cheaper and readily available. Thanks
Anyone try RLT for their Osteoarthritis ?? I'm currently going to PT and it is helping some, but would like to try anything that will help. RLT devices are quite expensive (at least for me) and before spending that kind of $$$ I'd love others opinion on it.
I was recently diagnosed with gout. I'm wondering if I have more going on. Toe keeps getting larger, redness moving past the line drawn by my doc, toe turning yellow, sore on tip of tow now draining. I'm on colchicine 0.6 mg but little help. Pain is also creeping up to the ankle. Anyone experience similar things ??
Last week I received a diagnosis and I could not understand what the doc said. The only reason I know what it is because of his posted notes on MyChart, and then he only said I had O/A (osteoarthritis) which I had to Google to find out what that stood for. Any suggertions ??
I grew up in Dubuque moving away in 1983. I've been collecting pics of of memorable things of my time in DBQ and I am missing a few pics I would really like to have.
One is of the Flora Park swimming pool of the 1960's ... the pool that had the consession stand run by Pat Fenelon. Another is of "Dead Mans Hill" in Flora Park where all the neighborhood kids would be sleigh riding in the winter. Still another is of the softball/baseball field in Flora Park that was actually on top of dead mans hill and along the side of the road behind home plate were these cement pillars that you could sit on to watch the games. I remember fast pitch softball being played there and it was also used for Little League Baseball.
Another I've searched for is of the two softball fields along Kerper Blvd, next to Riverside Bowling Lanes. I have one pic of the Dubuque Marina in an overhead shot that shows a partial view of the fields (diamond 2) but would like to have a pic of both fields.
I've looked for hours on the internet trying to find these pics on so many sites but have had no luck. Any help in finding these shots would be greatly appreciated.

I had a 3 cm epidermoid cyst removed on 6-22-2026. It bled and drained pus for quite a while but has stopped both. On 7-29-2026 the removal site now has 3 bumps along with a numbness feeling that extends 2-3 inches up the neck. I went back to the office I had the procedure on 6-30-2026 due to the bleeding and pus and the ARNP who saw me that day made me feel foolish for worrying about it. Should I be concerned about the bumps and numbness and request another follow up or just forget about it until my next appointment in November ??
I did not stand a chance in 2020 ... derecho wiped out many in the park I lived in. I repaired it, lived in it until 2023 ... sold it to move into a retirement community.
