2005 Nissan Sentra

Just got my oil pan replaced on a 2005 Nissan Sentra . Fresh oil was added ! . It is no longer leaking however when I accelerate the engine starts knocking all the lights on the dash appear and the car slows down and eventually stops . When I crank it up it still starts up and drives but is knocking loud ! Any clue what’s going on ?
