Petite Studio?
Has anyone here bought from them? How’s the quality? And how do they run? My measurements put me between XS and XXS there according to their size chart, but I think we all know that size charts often lie.

I used to run a lot when I lived in the city but mostly stopped before moving to the suburbs. I’m thinking about starting again now that different towns are doing their 5Ks. Which ones have the most scenic races?
Within a 20 minute drive of Tenafly. The participants would be me (35F), my husband (36M), our two kids (5F and 2M), and our dog. We really want to get the foliage in October. TIA!
Reposting with visuals this time. What do you think? It’s just crazy to me to see $5m+ builds in my area that look like the bottom.
Aritzia try-on - Contour Ravish top, Cherish skirt, and Etiquette blazer in Crepette. The black shirt is mine from Old Navy. Do any of these work on me?
I’m asking because I have a hard time knowing what suits me these days. I lost a lot of heft (lol filters) in 2025 and have maintained/recomped a bit this year. I know that I’m small, but my shoulders are broad, and I’m muscular, so I don’t feel “tiny.” It doesn’t help that I wfh, so I primarily wear leggings/linen pants, sweaters, or business suits.

I’m 5’0 with a 24 in waist and 33 in hips for reference. Idk why but everything felt wrong in the changing room today.
I’m married, 35F with two kids (5F and almost 2M). My father passed away a few years ago, and my mom found a new partner around a year later and remarried last year.
During my dad’s last fifteen years or so, my mom was his caregiver. My mom also took the lead role in caring for my grandmother/her mother, who passed away last fall. So I understood during that time period that it would be difficult for her to travel to us (around an hour away) frequently on weekends. But now, with no caregiving responsibilities, she still doesn’t come. She’s not really working during the week, and she and her husband travel out of town and occasionally visit his grandkids (a slightly shorter drive away). They just don’t make time for us. I never ask my mom about it (she’s not known to take feedback well), but she occasionally brings it up and notes that she should really come more consistently but she’s been so busy with [insert excuse here] that she can’t possibly make it to us.
My husband’s parents would love to see the kids more, but they live in another country very far away. And fwiw we used to visit more (especially when my dad and grandma were alive), but my mom’s house is tiny, and she has severe (chosen) food restrictions that make the visits painful. Also, even when we visited, she wouldn’t spend time with the kids. She would just hang out in the kitchen, and her new husband just sits on his phone while the kids are around.
Generally, my husband is more upset about my mom’s conduct than I am, because I’m accustomed to her being kind of self-centered. And we have a robust (paid) village and a number of friends who live locally who are available for play dates. But on this rainy Sunday at the end of the summer, a day that would’ve been perfect for a grandparent visit, I’m resentful that it won’t cross her mind to come out here.
I felt good about it when I left the house but felt less good after catching a glimpse of my reflection.
I’ve been on Align since I started with Ladder. I love Sasha, and Align has been great to me, but I just want to experiment with what’s out there. Limitless is the program I’m most interested in testing, especially because I’ll have some time in a gym this week, but I generally work out at home. Does anyone here do Limitless without access to a commercial gym/machines? It seems like I should be able to implement swaps, but I just wanted some feedback from someone who had done it.
I’m overwhelmed by the options. I don’t like shellfish and like to eat raw fish as well as cooked. Yama Seafood and Nordic Catch both look great. Does anyone here have experience with either?

This before and after were taken around eight weeks apart, when I first started with Ladder to yesterday. Align isn’t typically regarded as a program to build glutes, so I was surprised by these results.
For context, I started with Align on Week 2 of Shred (switched over from another app) and stuck with it for the period before Reload other than one day of Ignite and one day of Transform. I then tried Transform for the first week of Reload, but it wasn’t for me, and I decided to switch back to Align. I was honestly shocked by how much glute growth I had (and there’s no way it was from one week of Transform). I’ll also note that I gained around two pounds between these photos.
It’s me again…I’m switching to another team from Align for Reload. I mostly have access to dumbbells in my home gym, but I go to a real gym once a week and mayyyy be able to swing twice a week. 40 minutes is the sweet spot for me to work out, but I’m willing to go a little longer or shorter. My upper body is very defined, and I’d like to keep it that way while building up my lower body a bit more. I also need to keep some core work in.
I tried Ignite today and wasn’t into it at all. I’m now considering Ascend, Transform, Evolve, Limitless, or Resilient. Which would best fit my goals?

Title. I would really like to have another day of strength. I’m open to including some conditioning or running but don’t want it to be the focus. TIA!
EDIT: my goals are to maintain where I am aesthetically while getting stronger (if possible). I primarily have access to dumbbells but I can run outside and periodically access a full gym.
I was 153 lb on the left, and I’m around 102-103 lb today on the right. I’ve had two c-sections in between these pictures.
I have PCOS, so I’ve focused on eating a diet low in ultra-processed food in the last ten years to mitigate side effects. I also work out around five days a week. Running was inflammatory for me, so I focus on strength training and have been doing a lot of deep core work since my son was born in the fall of 2024.
In between these pictures, I’ve gotten married and had two kids (both c-sections). I’ve also lost 50 pounds (really 60 from my heaviest, not featured here). I’m grateful that I found a fitness routine and diet that work for me and that I’ve had access to Zepbound for the last year and a half. Sometimes I’m bummed that I wasn’t fit in my 20s, but I also feel fortunate that I met my husband close to my chubbiest point, so I know that my weight isn’t meaningful to him.
