Felt amazing on pelletes but they leave scars!

Switched to injections and my level is 112. Now I feel every part of my cycle. On the pelletes my level was high around 200 but I only felt bad for like 3 days.

I guess the testosterone suppresses the cycle. Has anyone used testorone to suppress there cycle? I’m scared of birth control but this is the closest I’ve come after years of PMDD

Hormones and mcast

Anyone figured out a HRT method that’s helped you?
I’m 36 on trt and progesterone but wondering if estrogen could balance things out even tho it’s a mast cell activator.

Wake-ups only in luteal phase on TRT injections (4mg split 2x/week)

35F on TRT injections (4mg split 2x per week). Last year when switching from pellets to injections I ended up in the ER with complex migraines. Now I wake up multiple times close to my period feeling panic.

I have histamine/mcast sensitivity, low sIgA - stomach issue, and strong cyclical flares pre-period and ovulation. Progesterone helps calm my system but higher doses cause fatigue.

Idk what to do I think my hormones are fluctuating so much and throwing my body off

36F - Started digestive enzymes and had a massive flare — is this common?

I have histamine intolerance / suspected MCAS + gut issues (low sIgA). A nutritionist recently gave me “super enzymes” digestive enzymes to help with digestion.
Instead, I had a really bad outbreak of symptoms — increased histamine flares, nervous system stuff, ear pain, waking up gasping/air hunger, dizziness, and overall feeling much worse. It’s been rough ever since.
Progesterone calms my nervous system and histamine symptoms down a lot, but I can’t tolerate it well because it makes me extremely tired and gives me other side effects.
Has anyone else had a bad reaction like this after starting digestive enzymes? Did it eventually calm down, or did it make your MCAS worse long-term?
Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

Taking DAO and Claritin it’s been a month

Started Solaray DAO today, took 3 capsules. Feeling really clear, vibrating gone, fatigue much better.
But I just read multiple posts of people getting bad anxiety, dizziness, nausea, and feeling worse on DAO. Now I’m anxious it’ll crash tomorrow.
Did anyone feel good the first day or two and then go downhill? Or did the bad reactions start right away?
Thanks.
