Easy chicken avocado lettuce wraps for lunch

Made these quick lettuce wraps with grilled chicken, white rice, avocado, and crispy lettuce. Super simple, filling, and way lighter than using tortillas.

I seasoned the chicken with paprika, garlic, black pepper, and a little soy sauce, then cooked it in a pan until browned. Added rice and avocado on top and wrapped everything in lettuce.

I’d estimate the whole plate is around 550–650 calories, depending on the amount of rice, avocado, and oil used.

Easy shrimp and broccoli skillet — high protein, low calorie dinner

Made a simple shrimp and broccoli skillet today and it turned out better than expected.

I cooked the shrimp in a pan with a little olive oil, garlic, black pepper, and a small splash of soy sauce. Then I added steamed broccoli and tossed everything together for a few minutes until the broccoli absorbed some of the flavor.

Very easy, fast, and pretty filling.

Estimated calories:

Around 300–400 kcal for this portion, depending on how much oil is used.

Approx macros:

Protein: 35–45g

Carbs: 10–18g

Fat: 10–18g

I like meals like this because they feel light but still high in protein. Would probably add rice or potatoes if I needed more carbs, but on its own it works well for a lighter dinner.

Simple chicken, rice, and roasted veggies — rough calorie estimate?

Made a pretty simple plate today and wanted to share. Nothing fancy, just the kind of meal that actually feels filling without being too heavy.

I seasoned the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and a little chili powder, then cooked them in a pan/air fryer until the outside got a little crispy and charred. For the vegetables, I used broccoli and baby carrots, tossed them with a little olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then roasted or pan-seared them until they had some browned edges. The rice is just plain white rice packed into a small bowl/cup so it holds that round shape.

Rough calorie estimate:
Chicken wings, about 3 pieces: 300–400 kcal
White rice, about 1/2 to 3/4 cup cooked: 120–170 kcal
Broccoli + carrots: 80–120 kcal
Oil used for cooking: 80–150 kcal
Total: about 580–840 kcal, depending mostly on how much oil was used and the exact size of the chicken wings.

Overall I’d estimate this plate around 700 kcal. It’s a good balance of protein, carbs, and vegetables, but the oil and chicken skin can make the calories add up faster than it looks.

My go-to 5-minute lunch when I want something clean, high-protein, and low-carb 🥬🐟

Hey everyone! Just wanted to share this super quick and refreshing meal I put together today. If you're looking for a low-effort, macro-friendly meal prep idea, this is an absolute lifesaver.

As you can see in 0702.jpg, I made some loaded tuna salad lettuce wraps. Here is exactly how I threw it together:

🥗 Ingredients:

  • 1 can of tuna (drained)
  • 1-2 tbsp Greek yogurt (or light mayo, but Greek yogurt keeps it extra lean and high-protein!)
  • Finely diced red onion (for that perfect crunch)
  • Fresh cilantro (finely chopped)
  • A squeeze of fresh lemon or lime juice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Paprika / chili powder (dusted on top for a little kick)
  • Large, crisp lettuce leaves (Romaine or Iceberg work best as the "taco" shells)

👩‍🍳 How to make it:

  1. Prep the base: Drain the canned tuna thoroughly and flake it into a bowl using a fork.
  2. Mix it up: Add the Greek yogurt (or mayo), diced red onion, and chopped cilantro. Squeeze in some fresh lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Assemble: Wash and dry your lettuce leaves so they stay crisp. Spoon the tuna mixture evenly into the lettuce cups.
  4. The final touch: Dust the top with a bit of paprika or chili powder for color and a nice subtle warmth.

It’s super simple, packed with clean protein, and keeps you full without that heavy, bloated feeling afterwards.

Let me know if you try it, or if you have any secret ingredients you like to add to your tuna salad to take it to the next level! 👇

Today's breakfast

Today I made one of my favorite simple meals: boiled egg with avocado and bread.

It’s quick, filling, and feels balanced without being complicated. The boiled egg gives me protein, the avocado makes it creamy and satisfying, and the bread adds just the right amount of carbs to keep me going.

Simple food, but honestly so good.

Newbie here, losing money on Reddit App ads for 2 months, need honest advice

I’m a total beginner to Reddit advertising, and I’ve been testing mobile app install campaigns for around two months, but my campaigns have been losing money nonstop with almost no profitable conversions.

What I’ve tried so far:

  1. I ran Reddit Max campaigns as my main campaign type, but it keeps overspending with very few paying users.
  2. I targeted niche health & fitness subreddits for my calorie-tracking app, using standard card display ads only.
  3. I set up remarketing campaigns, but my user pool is extremely small right now, so remarketing barely drives any purchases.
  4. I’ve posted organic recipe & healthy eating content in related communities to warm up my account, most posts got removed due to strict community rules.

My main questions:

  1. Is it necessary for me to switch to promoted native organic posts (feed native sponsored posts) for cold audience acquisition? Will this help lower my CPA and expand my user base faster?
  2. My remarketing performance is weak because of limited install volume. What practical steps can I take to boost conversions step by step?
  3. Realistically, how long will it usually take for a new Reddit advertiser to stop losing money and reach break-even?
  4. Should I pause all Max campaigns immediately and shift all budgets to regular install + native promoted post campaigns?

Really appreciate any real experience, practical tips or pitfalls you can share. Thank you so much!

Beginner weight loss meal that actually keeps me full

As someone who’s fairly new to tracking food for weight loss, I struggled a lot to find easy, low-effort meals.
This chicken veggie salad is the first recipe I’ve stuck with for weeks.

No fancy ingredients or complicated steps at all. Just chicken, leafy greens, tomatoes and a small potato. I keep the seasoning really light to avoid hidden calories from heavy sauces.
The total calorie count isn’t too high, so I never feel guilty after finishing this meal.

Would love to hear some beginner-friendly recipes from everyone here!

Avoid these three pitfalls with weight loss apps! In-depth comparison and review of regular calorie apps vs. FoodPilot.

Common Calorie Tracking Apps on the Market

✅Advantages: Mature development, rich ingredient database, includes fitness courses and a weight loss community, supports multi-device data synchronization.

❌Disadvantages: Free version has many pop-up ads; basic functions like photo recognition and unlimited recording require a membership; inaccurate recognition of everyday dishes, often missing sauces and oil calories; ingredients are uploaded arbitrarily by users, resulting in large data discrepancies and easily misleading weight loss efforts.

FoodPilot

✅Advantages: No ads throughout; photo calorie tracking and unlimited meal recording are permanently free; specifically optimized for Chinese food recognition; errors can be manually adjusted, and hidden calories from oils and sauces can be added; ingredient data is officially verified for more accurate recording; simple operation, a meal record can be completed with a simple photo, making it easy for office workers and weight loss beginners to stick to.

❌Minor Disadvantages: Focuses on lightweight food tracking, lacks a fitness community and extensive course content, focusing solely on calorie tracking.

In summary, if you need fitness classes, social media check-ins, and are willing to pay to remove ads, you can choose a comprehensive weight loss app; if you just want a simple, free, and accurate record of your three meals a day, avoiding ads and erroneous data, FoodPilot is more suitable for daily weight loss.
