I was booking the date for me to move into accom and it said I could to Friday the 11th, but everywhere I checked it said the tenancy date was the 12th? I did the 11th because frankly I want to move out asap, but should I change it? Because it’s a weird thing I’ve noticed

I’ll start first with a couple.
First, if you dare say anywhere on any website other than Twitter that you got a source or credited someone for information on there, or used someone’s point on that site. You will always have someone say “well Twitter is a hellhole that loves drama” and tries to invalidate it, acting as if every aspect of Twitter is the Elon Musk insane person side instead of a side that caters to your specific algorithm
It ignores any sense of a discussion and if you say that you found something on Twitter or someone gave their opinion on there people will act like they’re an insane person just looking to hate and it can be VERY frustrating
Another thing is how racism is barely acknowledged to be as bad as it actually is and is often brushed over in drama discussions as “it was in the past” or “they were only X years old” when personally, I don’t know about you, but I never had a racist phase
It’s just really odd seeing (predominantly white) people jump at the defence of strangers online when POC voices speak against someone for their racist past, it undermines the impact that the person has caused all to defend someone they don’t know
Whether it’s Pewdiepie, Max G, Arin Hanson, Goosewrx, Brandon Rogers or others. You will always see racism be minimalists and overlooked in online spaces and its bizarre to me
Anyway I’d be interested in hearing the other takes people have about stuff like this
This game has been on my radar for a while, especially when, to me at least it unexpectedly won GOTY, I was looking for a time for it to go on sale and then picked it up!
Now full admission, this is a game that is basically entirely dedicated to sucking off PlayStation and showing you how cool the PS5 is, but the game is so good that it really doesn’t matter to me. It plays amazing, looks amazing and is a love letter to many franchises I hold near and dear to my heart, the likes of Katamari, Persona, Uncharted, Detroit Become Human, Octodad, Ape Escape, God of War, Spider-Man and a million other gaming references and crossovers was genuinely awesome to see, from both the new and older eras of PlayStation
Could not recommend this game enough, maybe a BIT too short given its price but if you ever see it on sale and liked the gameplay of Astros Playroom, there’s no reason to not give it a try
Genuinely one of my favourite indie games, Ben Esposito makes some great stuff and this is no exception, charming graphics, funny characters, short and sweet but with that satisfactory charm of a Katamari game, really has everything you’d need
Easy recommend if you somehow haven’t already. I believe it’s currently on sale and it’s worth your time. It can take about an hour and a half or less if you skip the dialogue but personally, I would read it all it’s very fun
Another Telltale game down and boy was this a nostalgic one, as loud and (kinda) proud Gen Z I remember playing and watching this game when it first came out, revisiting it ten years later however this is genuinely just a really frustrating game to play especially after you’ve played other Telltale games, the writing isn’t great, the choices don’t matter, the game is oddly buggy at times. And yet somehow I love it
Maybe because it truly embodies mid 2010s Minecraft culture with its references and how you could clearly show when they added stuff from recent updates, maybe it’s the oddly stacked voice cast giving a fun performance, maybe it’s the entire episode of the season dedicated to and staring Minecraft YouTubers of the time. Either way this game is just generally really fun to experience especially if you have a fun time laughing at the not so great writing

Ive been a big lover of the Two Point games, they’re charming, easy to play but not too simple to the extent where it’s bland and boring and have a sense of humour that only the British could come up with
And a few years ago I found out that a family member knows a primary dev on the game which means that I’ve actually gotten merch that’s not officially sold as a thank you gift, so shoutout Two Point I will forever love you for that you guys are awesome
But yeah, Two Point Campus is probably the most simple out of the trilogy but it’s still a blast, it’s so satisfying setting up a campus full of goofy and fun courses and watching relationships form between your students, I plan on doing the other TP games (including the PS4 version of Campus) and get the full collection. Couldn’t recommend it enough
As for my next platinum I honestly have no clue I’ve just sorta been bouncing around here and there between a few different games but I’m sure it’ll come to me
With Kevin Owens seeing Cody Rhodes as a corporate and boring champion, he decided to take matters into his own hands into an attempt to “cleanse” SmackDown as he faces Cody Rhodes for the WWE Championship
Gunther was initially the first person to want a shot at Cody, at least until the Viper Randy Orton claiming that if he wanted a shot at the champion he had to go through him first, the two square off as Randy Orton attempts to get his first win over the Ring General
The SmackDown Tag Team scene is already heating up, after MCMG have claimed they’re going to define the tag team scene in the WWE, the MFT have decided to step in for themselves and say that they’re going to stop their title reign before they can make their false promise, after beating the likes of Fraxiom and even the Usos, MFT have earned their title shot
Jacob Fatu and Bronson Reed have been clashing for over a week now, both of them thinking they’re deserving of Oba Femi and his IC title, little did they know they would get their shot in a triple threat as decided by Oba
Blake Monroe had already beaten Lyra Valkyria at Backlash to become the inaugural US champion, but she got into Lyra’s head, making her more desperate and now they’re set to go at it again, only this time in extreme rules
Giulia believes she deserved to win the IC title at the Backlash ladder match, with Jordynne already putting in a successful defense against Kiana it’s time for her to set her sights on her more dangerous foe
Rey Mysterio and Dragon Lee getting a win over Ethan Page before he even won the US title had gotten into his head and both he and his new ally in Ricky Saints had wanted to take care of the LWO, he and Rey clash at MITB!
Stephanie Vaquer has had her issues with the Judgment Day but with Liv busy with the ladder match, Raquel deciding to step in for herself, even interfering in a match between her and Bayley for the world title, with Stephanie not wanting Bayley to feel robbed whilst also wanting revenge at Raquel, a triple threat was set up
The two ladder matches are set, the women’s being a star studded affair with allies like Liv and Roxanne, as well as Rhea and Bianca. Jade has had her issues with AJ Lee as of late and Jacy Jayne has been on the rise. Add the wild card in Chelsea and you have a chaotic 8-woman ladder catastrophe in the best way!
The men’s are a mix of veterans and younger more fresh talent, Carmelo and Je’Von look to bring the energy whilst Rusev and Aleister Black have show dominance in recent weeks, Damian Priest, Solo Sikoa and Finn Balor are looking to break out and with CM Punk as the world champion, Seth Rollins has his eyes on the briefcase
And in the main event. With CM Punk promising to be a fighting world champion, he and AJ Styles set a dream match as both men go head to head for the world heavyweight championship!
Money in the bank is truly a card full of riches!

For those who don’t know, Sheamus is apparently set to leave the WWE once his contract expires, wether it’s to go to another company, be a trainer or retire is unknown as far as I know. But that means his almost 17 year run with WWE, and over 15 year run in WWE games is set to be over
We JUST lost Kofi and now the 2K games are suffering another major loss, 2K27’s roster is looking rough
So I’m currently going for every trophy in BG3, new account and starting from 0
Only issue is, I wasn’t aware until just now checking that there was a trophy specifically for dating Karlach, I’ve already semi-flirted with Lae’zel throughout this playthrough and am wondering now if I break it off will it be okay? Or is Karlach’s path forever locked out now
Persona 5 Royal is my favourite game of all time and I don’t see anything (other than the recently announced Persona 6) topping it. The characters, the story, the gameplay, the music, the visuals. It’s all near perfect to me and the Phantom Thieves are near and dear to my heart
So when Persona 5 Strikers came out worldwide just a few months after I beat Royal, I was ecstatic but for some reason I never got past the first few hours for the longest time
I am fine playing Warriors games but something wasn’t clicking, until the Persona 6 hype just made me say screw it and give the game a full shot and my god it was worth it. The music, story and the amazing new pair of phantom thieves they added all made a great sequel and sendoff to the original P5 cast. People wanted a direct sequel to Persona 5 but the real answer is that THIS is its sequel and it’s a worthwhile time
The trophy experience was (mostly) great, easy enough rewards that came frequently enough so I wasn’t feeling long gaps between trophy pops and it kept pushing me forward
However that didn’t last as the big man problem trophy came along. The max BOND skill trophy kinda just sucks flat out and it took around 7-8 hours of rubbing a random statues feet to get the experience for it. It was genuinely the quickest and most efficient method especially on PS5 but my god it was draining
Other than that though, a truly unforgettable experience and if you’re willing to get around with that BOND trophy and give the game a shot at a platinum, even if you don’t want to get it. I can’t recommend it enough if you were already a fan of the first game
Here’s to more Persona trophies!
These games mean a lot to me, ever since I got into the series about 5 years ago, they have their ups and downs sure but it’s one of the franchises that got me into storytelling and emotional writing and has really been an inspiration to me
The platinum is nothing special, it’s playing 5 separate seasons with no impact depending on your choices but by god is it worth it for the story of Clementine alone. Couldn’t recommend this enough
When I say pointless I mean characters that serve little to no narrative purpose or personality, people that don’t give you a reason to care for them and then the game acts desperately for you to do so despite little character development
These are the best examples I could think of, Sarita doesn’t do anything except die, you don’t even get a proper introduction to Mark, Ava has about 5 scenes and 2 of them are flashbacks with possibly the most underwhelming death in the series, Berto and Saddiq literally do nothing
But the two key characters that define this for me are Omar and Mike
Omar genuinely has about 10 lines if not less throughout all of Season 4 and it makes me think he was a late addition to the game after the devs realised that Erickson needed an extra kid or two. He genuinely serves no purpose otherwise, I don’t think his relationship with Clem can ever change and I don’t even think there’s a dialogue option with Omar ever. He barely even interacts with any of the other kids either which further makes me think he was a late addition. At least people like Aasim, Ruby and Willy have defined characters
And Mike is sort of infamous for being a mess, no personality, randomly gets angry at the mid point of episode 5 to be friends with Arvo for some reason, and somehow can be one of the final 4 members of the group in season 2, with him not even being able to die (unless you’re on the PS3)
But maybe I’m missing some, or there’s some hardcore Sarita defenders out there. Would be interesting to see other people’s takes
