E2S1 Phainon — is E0S0 Cyrene worth pulling if I can’t afford E2?

Hey Phainon mains, I’m trying to plan my pulls and wanted advice specifically about Cyrene for Phainon.

My Phainon is E2S1, and my current best team is:
Phainon E2S1 / Sunday E0S1 / Sparkle E0S0 / Cerydra E0S0

Current light cones:
Phainon: signature LC
Sunday: signature LC, A Grounded Ascent
Sparkle: Bronya’s LC, But the Battle Isn’t Over
Cerydra: Robin’s LC, Flowing Nightglow
Other relevant characters I have:
RMC maxed
Robin E0S1 — may be able to get Robin E1 from Stellar Convergence
DHPT E0S0
Welt E4 with Tutorial LC

I’m considering pulling Cyrene, but realistically I probably only have enough for E0S0, not E2. I know E2 is a big breakpoint for her, but I’m trying to understand whether E0S0 Cyrene is still worth it specifically for an E2S1 Phainon account.

If I pull Cyrene, I assume the team would become:
Phainon / Cerydra / RMC / Cyrene

My reasoning is that RMC helps Cyrene build Recollection faster and can action-advance her, so I probably wouldn’t run Sunday or Sparkle in the Cyrene version.

Main question:
Is E0S0 Cyrene a meaningful long-term upgrade for Phainon, or is she only really worth it if going for E2?
I’m not only asking for 0-cycle performance. My goal is more about keeping Phainon strong long-term for hard endgame content as bosses get tankier. I want to know if the Cyrene/RMC version gives Phainon better staying power and scaling compared to my current Sunday/Sparkle/Cerydra setup.

For people who have tested or calced it:
How does Phainon / Cerydra / RMC / E0S0 Cyrene compare to Phainon / Sunday / Sparkle / Cerydra?
Does E0 Cyrene’s slower startup feel bad in practice, or does RMC solve enough of it?

E1S1 Aglaea account — how much of an upgrade is E0S0 Cyrene if I can’t afford E2?

Hey everyone, I’m trying to plan my pulls and wanted opinions from Aglaea mains.

My Aglaea is E1S1, and I’m considering pulling Cyrene, but realistically I can probably only afford E0S0. I know her E2 is considered a huge breakpoint, but I’m trying to figure out whether E0 Cyrene is still a meaningful long-term upgrade for Aglaea or if she feels too incomplete without E2.

Relevant characters / light cones I have:
Aglaea E1S1
Sunday E0S1
Tribbie E0S0
Robin E0S1 — and I may have the option to get Robin E1 from Stellar Convergence
Dan Heng Permansor Terrae E0S0
Remembrance MC maxed

Planning to pull Yao Guang E1S1 for my Elation team, so Cyrene funds may be limited but for sure have enough for e1s1 yao and at least one Cyrene.

The Aglaea team I’m mainly looking at is something like:
Aglaea / Sunday / Cyrene / Tribbie
or, if I need safety:
Aglaea / Sunday / Cyrene / DHPT

I’m trying to understand a few things:

For E1S1 Aglaea, how big of an upgrade is E0S0 Cyrene compared to just running Aglaea with Sunday + Tribbie/Robin/DHPT?

In practice, how does the Aglaea + Cyrene rotation work?
Cyrene’s Aglaea Ode says it is a one-time effect, but I see people reapplying it in videos. Am I right that the point of reapplying is mainly to get another “Romance” 70 Energy proc after Aglaea/Garmentmaker consumes the previous one?

If I get Robin E1, would Aglaea / Sunday / Cyrene / Robin E1S1 be better than the Tribbie version, or is Tribbie still preferred?

My goal is not necessarily to 0-cycle everything. I mainly want Aglaea to stay strong long-term as another reliable endgame team, especially if my Phainon and Elation teams are busy on the other side.
Would you pull E0S0 Cyrene for this account, or only recommend her if going for E2? Any rotation advice or team priority advice would be appreciated.

So just to be clear, is it ALL item effects affect elation units or only the STATS from the weapon? So does this effect for example affect sw999? She deals more damage to elites?

Do “DMG taken by enemies” debuffs work on elation damage from silver wolf?

I know that damage boost like “increase damage from basic attack” doesnt work for her. But what about increase damage taken? Or is only “take increased elation damage” work?

Basicallg is this blessing a useless blessing for her in DU?

Silver Wolf 999 cost: which is best generaly to build assuming you pushing your highest WC tier?

I always just go for Gold but i wonder if that efficient since getting her 3 starred is easiest but i wonder what the power difference would be like? Or maybe just 3 star her 4 cost? Or is going for gold always the best even if it only gets to 1 star?

Are people actually playing sortie with the difficulty stages activated? Cause im barely surviving lvl 80 with the hard mode thingy

I have heidemarie e1 as my main. She is great but the monsters hit so damn hard i cant imagine adding any of those handicaps.

Is the strat to first unlock all the buffs, then start adding the handicaps to get more mats?

So excited for yao guang rerun! But should I go for s1 first or e1 for my e2s1 sw999?

Heres my pull currency saved (16k gems 24 tickets), did all events for this patch.

Im wondering if I should go for the sig first then try for e1 or go for e1 then try for the sig?

According to fribbels pull planner if I go for e1 i only have a 77% chance but if i go for s1 im 100% chance at getting sig.

And which is more impactfulfor sw999 between the two?
