I recently moved into a new apartment and the internet has been awful. I’ve already made a post looking for solutions but a month in and I’m still getting packet loss when I’m gaming. We’ve had 3 techs come over and not much work has been done except replacing the router and what not. However, the last tech that came said there was interference/leakage coming from the node but that type of work was not for him, it would be directed to the maintenance team and the work would not be done inside the apartment. A couple weeks later and I’m still experiencing packet loss so I decided to call spectrum yet again and this time my issue was escalated to a field supervisor. He said the maintenance team came out and didn’t find any issues but that they would now look into the issue deeper. He confirmed to me that there was some sort of problem on their end but it seems like I have to be on them to fix the issue. I even ran a 50 ft. Ethernet to my PlayStation and it helped a bit but the rubber banding and packet loss is still there. Has anyone had experience with this and will spectrum solve the issue?

I recently bought a new car that has cloth seats. I’m wondering if anybody can recommend a brush and a cleaning solution to maintain the seats. The brushes I see online seem very rough. I’m used to leather where you use a conditioner and a microfiber, I’m wondering if there is a similar upkeep for the cloth seats. Thank you
