i mainly enjoy having photocards and theyre one of the main reasons i buy albums but one of the gorups i stan is aespa, and sm is famously stingy with pcs. (i do like to look through the photobook as well) so from the place i buy all my kpop stuff at (which is online from resellers because in my country there are no kpop stores) i can either buy 1 album with 2 photocards for the same amount of money that i could buy 4 sets of lomo cards with over a hundred lomo pcs in them. if youre asking if i dont buy pcs seperate theyre too expensive that way and i enjoy not knowing what ill get. so my question is, ive never gotten lomo cards before but is the quality like really dogshit or is it kinda okay? or should i just buy the albums and is the lomo cards worth it
ive seen so many videos on tiktok with caprions like “when i eat in front of \_insert skinny idol\_” with the sound of belle recording a song where she sounds like shes saying “fatty.” and the comments are genuinely disgusting. obviously the most said people are somi and ningning, at which i do believe that theres a conversation to be had with somi sharing ed tips to thousands of people. however we still do have to remember the industry is wired to have idols as skinny as possible and sometiems force them to be, which sometimes can really fuck someone up mentally. on top of that in the comments i see people also saying momos name because jype used to make her eat only ice cubes and nothing else to not gain weight, and that’s disgusting that theyre saying momo would fat shame someone because what? her company was super shitty to her for something thats not even her fault? what im saying is those jokes are actually not funny at all because this is the reality of the industry. yes, somi shouldnt have said what she said but that doesnt mean people can make fun of every skinny idol. its the industry standard and its not fair to put all the blame on anyone skinny and openly make fun of them while they can very mich be struggling with it. it is not funny to make fun of a mental ilness
