Hi, I am a performance marketer - managing both paid social and PPC ads with over £100k budget spend monthly. Have several case studies to back up my proficiency in it, and I have been trying to switch roles for quite sometime now, but I can't seem to go past the second or final round. I have been searching jobs in Germany past 8 months or so, but I can't see to land one, irrespective of the hiring manager asking the generalized questions and my own answers being specific. Can anyone explain where am I going wrong? If there is any other market I should try for job? Thanks in advance.

Hi i am literally at the end of my 20-year-long dasha and the wits. Ketu is in my 2nd house, i never felt belonged - my family is orthodox - on their best days, could be worse, but i am literally fed up now. My Sun is in the 9th house (Leo), in conjunction with Venus (both in Magha nakshatra and just 2 degrees apart). I've noticed a few patterns lately:

1. I often find myself at odds with older male figures in my life, particularly my father. I feel like I can never have a meaningful conversation with him, and somehow I believe I'll be okay despite this.
2. I've been experiencing significant hair loss. While some might say this is normal, I genuinely feel that it's become a serious issue for me.
3. I've never been particularly concerned about my appearance, but as I approach my Sun major period, I'm feeling a stronger urge to focus on how I present myself. I'm finding myself wearing coordinated clothes and taking more care in grooming—something I can't remember doing in a long time, perhaps not since my Venus-Sun period.
4. At work, I feel suffocated by the patriarchy, and I constantly feel the urge to switch jobs. I've been trying to change my role, but the idea of getting stuck in my current position feels overwhelming.
