How many feet/meters is the base of his fire here in this scene?
I've seen some calculations use Ozai's height to scale, but it looks like they scaled Ozai to be much bigger just so you can see him. He looks bigger than the massive trees down below.
It looks like one of the biggest feats in the avatar series.
I am tired. I love discussing who would win, who has strengths and weaknesses, but it feels like we barely get to discuss that.
Instead, arguments get bogged down with poor takes, biased opinions, agendas, and very faulty reasoning that borders on being delusional.
I just want to move past the horribly bad takes so we can move on to real discussions. It feels like we can't have that because 90% of the arguments get bogged down in these aforementioned things.
And the crazy part is, often when I'm arguing with these types, I have multiple people responding telling me I'm dumb and I'm downvoted.
I want to highlight a few examples. I might be a magnet for these.

Well, that was a problem for several commenters. You see, Aang never beat Tagah, and I'm a liar. And also Aang only got the staff by speed blitzing Tagah, but that doesn't count...

In the same thread, Korra beats prime Aang in the movie because she scales to nuclear because she froze the water on the mech, and the amount of energy it takes to freeze that much water is equal to a nuke, I suppose. Never mind that she's using magic, and this calculation is presuming that she's literally cooling it with energy via the same mechanisms that science uses, instead of magic bending. Apparently she is nuke level. Why does she not throw out nuclear level attacks if she has that much power? Well that's a question.
A good amount of people argue that Zuko is stronger than Azula. Which to me is insane, because I'll pull up that Zuko admits he needs help, that Ozai said he needs help taking on Azula, and they will argue til they're blue in the face twisting the words to try and deny that. Then they'll say she had to cheat to beat him, and fail to mention that she was, you know, hallucinating and having a mental break down.
The Red Lotus. Still people claim they are the best benders and can take down nearly anyone, just because Zuko said so. This is not being logical. They got taken down by a variety of benders. Tenzin 3v1'd the red lotus and was stalemating them. And he beat Zaheer. So of course they can't individually take down any bender. Yet people reject what the show actually showed and cling to that statement despite the evidence.
Last one. Not the most insane one. But a thread with four thousand upvotes saying Tenzin surpassed Aang as an airbender. Here's the response thread.
I have more insane takes, like someone arguing Zaheer is 100x stronger with the power of flight, and saying he wasnt exagerrating, but I'll leave that here. I wish I had a call to action for this rant
I tried reattaching it just by placing the spinny thing over the needle in the center and aligning it in the hole. When I do that and then manually spin it, it’s still pretty wobbly. And then I tried running the dishwasher and it’s half off when it’s done and the dishes aren’t clean
The pod also hasn’t been dissolving (and the compartment is still shut at the end of the cycle). I even last time just tried throwing it inside the washer not in any compartment and you can see it like half dissolved in there. Don’t know if they’re related. I made sure nothing tall was blocking the compartment

Eru sends Eren Jaeger to help fight against him. Eren has all his end of series titan abilities.
If the founder is too much (actually yeah Idk what Sauron could ever do to that) then in round 2 Eren has all the abilities except for the founder 1200 foot giant body ability and creating past titan shifters.

Fellowship is strength level as of Rivendell, this is Eren end of series but he only has the Attack Titan, hardening, and the warhammer titan. The fight takes place on the edge of a forest.
Elrond warns them of the creature and tells them the weak point is the nape of the neck and of his powers.
Round 1: Gandalf is restricted but can fight.
Round 2: Gandalf can do whatever he is allowed to do against a serious enemy and is gandalf the white

Idea is an eladrin/fey PC lost his name to an archfey. He’s now called No Name or Nobody and when someone tries to call him a nickname a sort of static plays over it - The archfey has stolen his name and you can’t give him another.
I have not thought yet as of how he lost his name and came to be under their patronage
Yet he’s here as a knight for her, on a quest (whatever that lines up with the DMs plot - would need collaboration probably)
The class i’m thinking about is the arch fey warlock - using eldritch blast and repelling blast and teleporting around. They’re very light on their feet
Despite their circumstances / background this fey is happy and optimistic and seems cocky even. He seems to be devil may care, he can teleport out after all. Dangerous and beautiful and his teleportations leave flowers in its wake fluttering down
I don’t want him to be super lolrandom haha
He might say something to his enemies like “It’s no worries friend! You’ll be dead soon” or “You are dying marvelously”
And to his friends he might say “that’s a great idea. Oh that’s an even better idea! We should do them all.”
Open both to ideas expanding on this or alternate ideas! Is any of this cringey or too main character syndromey? But looking for both feedback and new ideas! Thanks

Was thinking of making an archfey warlock, a fey character. I reaaaally like Cloud goliath’s 35 feet of movement - that seems to lend well to this mobile teleporting tricksy fey. And I could reflavor the race
The one thing is the other two features about strength checks and carrying capacity probably would never come up and wouldn’t really be thematic for the character so it’d be wasted features
The eladrins riders are also nice and could be flavorful though. It also lends a little easier to the idea of a fey character.
Any opinions or thoughts?

Does this mean I'm ranked 8 on all of the constructed formats or just ranked brawl?
Also someone said it was too early, is it too early for that to mean something? Is it harder later?
Kinda wondering if this is an achievement or not really, and if so is it fair? (Or again, is it too early)?
People have been weirdly downplaying Aang, and sleeping on his feats especially as an airbender. In another thread just posted, the OP argues Tenzin surpassed Aang in airbending. Tenzin is a great airbender but Aang is the strongest airbender we’ve seen in both shows.
Aang is the king of agility and evasive bending, he has great defensive bending, but he also has the feats for the most powerful airbending (only matched by other avatars.)
Aang’s power only becomes more apparent with comics or the movie too.
Before Jinora, Aang became the youngest Airbending Master in Air Nomad history. He received tattoos because he had mastered 35 of the 36 traditional tiers and invented the Air Scooter as the equivalent of the final one.
Let’s go over some of Aang’s best airbending feats (note that this is not exhaustive.)

Most of these airbending feats are unrivaled. Even Tenzin has not displayed the scale close to matching the best of these feats. And I think if you asked Tenzin, he would agree with that.
Aang is an extremely powerful airbender at the end of book 3. Aang has better mobility feats, better large-scale feats, more creative applications, greater demonstrated raw power, and achieved all of it at twelve years old. Unless someone can show comparable feats from Tenzin, the claim that he surpassed Aang simply isn't defensible.
And with the comics and movie it becomes even more apparent. I don’t even want to bring up what he does in the recent movie because it wouldn’t be fair.
My laptop is having issues charging. And Ive figured out if i tilt the laptop vertically, it will charge. Then i can tilt it back down to normal levels. If i tilt it vertically downwards it will stop charging
I called, its out of warranty
Does this seem like a charger issue, or a charging port issue? I have an appointment with a local technician tomorrow, is that the best step forward?
Kinda sucks, I bought this laptop a long time ago but never used it, I just opened the box last month.
It just started not charging. And then when I angled the laptop vertically it would charge again. The charger can be jostled in the port left to right, like there’s a little wiggle room
The charger isn’t that old and the laptop is 1 month new. I think it’s the lenovo legion 5 pro

I'm looking for the best token creators / creators of small bodies for 1 and 2 mana value in Blue and White. I'm working on refining this graveyard deck that makes lots of small creatures and recurs them and is helmed by [[Krile Baldesion]] in my deck. So what are the best? What are your favorites?
Percy’s in all of the books and is one of the main characters. But what is his actual arc? It felt like such a vapid waste of a great character.
The writing sets some things up. Percy has been neglecting his responsibility to enforce the gods to follow through with their promise to him. And he has neglected his friend.
As I read this came off as so weird to me.
First, Percy has been a pretty good person. He rejected the gods gift and instead made them face their errors (which, can be fatal when dealing with gods) and requested they make it right by claiming kids and providing houses for all the minor gods. This is a brave, and extremely selfless act.
Now you’re telling me he just completely forgot about it and neglected it? 1 Is that it’s only was a few months before his mind got wiped by Hera. And a few months is not a lot of time to go barging on literally the gods door to make them start enforcing it NOW. Which they had been somewhat, so it’s not like they didn’t do anything. And 2 it’s that in Percy Jackson, Percy clearly demonstrates he does care, to a selfless degree, and righted someone else’s wrongs.
So this new criticism of his character comes out of nowhere, and isn’t substantial either. It’d be like saying Percy’s character is that he doesn’t care about Annabeth. it wouldn’t mean shit.
It also just retreads on the same old ground. Character becomes a hero > Solves issue and fixes problem with world > New series - hey character you didn’t care enough about fixing the problem with the world, actually.
No, he did.
Then there’s that whole little arc with Bob. I liked the whole Bob story, but considering the criticism here is that Percy wasn’t a good friend and this happens in some outside story I didn’t even know existed, it rings hollow. Also.. Percy is shown to be a great friend. I could buy that he’s not been a great friend to a former monster sure I guess. But all of this kinda happens off screen.
Then there’s the whole set up for his fatal flaw. His Fatal flaw being his friends. I keep waiting for it to progress that story beat, there’s tension there because the writing and gods are foreshadowing that Percy is going to have to make a choice between his friends and the world… And it could cost the world.
And crickets. Nothing. A giant smoking checkovs gun and I was left wondering did I miss a huge chapter? It literally never gets utilized. They set up a huge character point and for what reason?? This is worse than just clicking delete on all those sentences and having nothing there.
I just feel like there was no character arc for our beloved character. Worse, he sets up a character arc and then doesn’t use it. And the other part of the character arc is so uncharacteristic of our hero and nearly retconning his accomplishments and growth.
What do you all think?

Could I have some help refining the deck please? I want to focus the direction a bit. Basically, I have a mix of this. But turn 1, do you think I should be ramping, or should I be playing an evasive creature? I dont want it to be only aggro. I want it to be able to grind and survive in the mid range environment, and also pure aggro tends to get ganged up on by the other 3 players. So it kind of has a mix of both elements.

But the monsters are lined up outside I thought they had to be way further out. How are they even going to help?
