Airtel is really harrassing me.
Two days ago, I tested the internet speed in the 5g area and it showed me 30MBps but because of the test 4G daily data limit got over. Airtel agent told me that day 5g is not working in my area. I asked him then how did I get the 30MBps speed in 4g? He disconnected the call. Today, the same thing happened to me. I'm under the 5g area, I downloaded a 2gb data and I got the messages like my daily data is over. I don't know what to do.. I already filed complaints on airtel on nch and cpgrams portal but nothing has been improved. I am under port restriction I can't port out to jio. Airtel is not providing proper 4G signals indoors. The phone is becoming too hot because of that.
