I went to target today and can't find them.

If I Google them, it comes up with links. But if I click on them, it just searches in the app and returns normal food results.

Been wanting to try them but I don't know where they are.

It's it super target only or what?

I had performance issues and shutdowns on a brand new ROG.

I finally got ahold of someone. I was very clear I wanted a different model because I didn't think the performance was enough. And that I would pay the difference for it.

I told them I wanted to be contacted to go over the options and how to select my new laptop.

I cannot be without a laptop so we agreed for an advance replacement so I could transfer my data to the new one.

Without notice or contact, a laptop showed up and it was the exact same one I already have and didn't like and don't want

I opened the box and was surprised and didn't even take it out of the box.

I reached back out.

23 emails, with Saskeia W alone who basically every time says that they tried to call me (both with troubleshooting this first laptop and trying to exchange this one) and she claims that they tried to call and it rings once and the call is declined.

I never get any of these supposed called. I ask deliberately what number they're calling from and I get ghosted.

I reach out so much and I don't even know what to do. Calling is hard because their English is poor and it's hard to get a person.

I saw a notice in my email that said I had until the next day to send back the old laptop. I called in immediately and told them I needed a call back ASAP and to put a hold on that and to give me more time for me to figure out what's going on. The agent said he'd escalate it.

I never got a call.

I was in the middle of switching banks and there wasn't money in the old account anymore. A charge from them bounced because my old laptop wasn't sent back.

How do I get an American representative or upper management to walk me through how to fix this? I don't want them to think this was some trick. I don't want the same model laptop.

I don't want to get the police called on me for accidental theft and now the window is closed for a return. I don't know what I'm supposed to do. If I'd known it was the same laptop in the box I'd have just returned to sender. It was sitting on my porch all day and didn't even need a signature. I was gone most of the day because I wasn't expecting it.

I just got my butane insert and it's fine. I don't know how to tell how full it is though.

The only issue is that you have to hold down the button.

Is there an insert that gives you a soft flame that stays lit without a button and is sealed like the butane?

I don't want to buy anything crappy and unsafe, but none of zippo's inserts seem to do this.

Is this based on some physics of the gas storage and evaporation or safety or something? I just find it strange I don't see an insert with both.

My husband has an iphone and it will connect to the car, a camry and play a podcast or audible every time. I don't think we have carplay.

How do I get it to keep BT on but pause the audio of these specific apps. I don't want it on no volume, just paused

I'm not sure which shortcut does this.

Two things.

1. I recently installed a ring doorbell that's wired. Seemed to go fine. Then lately, after no other known changes, it will turn off. I think sometimes it would affect other things on the breaker and the breaker would throw.

Flipping it back works. For awhile.

These past few times, only the ring turns off.

The rest of the stuff seems fine. But it still need the breaker thrown to reset. Happens regularly.

What is going on and how do I troubleshoot this?

2. I get NO NOTICE my ring camera is offline. I pay for 24/7 recording and I don't even know I'm missing hours or days of footage. There's no setting to be told that my camera is offline. I just go to check and the whole ring is down.

Possible imagery or album artwork or video was clothes or linens drying on a line blowing in the wind. Maybe crows or ravens?

TRUSTEE FEE - PLAN RECEIPT

I have a small amount both added and subtracted to my ledger and the description is the same.

Why would they add to my balance and then subtract from it? Or subtract then add it back?

It happens a lot.

I am trying to check where my plan is because of a few hiccups and a bonus that was turned into the bankruptcy. But there's a number of these small transactions on my ledger.

What does it mean? Why is it there?

Had to break up with a therapist today.

He was on the phone at least twice when we were supposed to start, lasting 10+ minutes each.

He cut a session short by 30 minutes once citing a conflict in the schedule

Once he rescheduled last minute

The first session he only gave half the time promised and then said it was because he had to squeeze us into the schedule (he was doing us a favor)

But he only mentioned this a few minutes before the session was going to end so the rest of the session was stressful trying to explain and ask questions with no time to think. He never mentioned it would be half the time until we'd already started

Out of 4 sessions, MAYBE 1 had the full agreed upon length.

For clarity, we were given a reduced rate. He told us from the start he would work with ANY budget gladly and it was not about the money, it was about helping people.

After the issues with the schedule and time, I wondered if we were being given "scraps" because of the discounted rate. And he didn't view us as equal to his other clients.

Last time we got rescheduled with a few hours notice, I was going to bring it up and talk about it. And then it did.

So going into the session I was expecting conflict and for me to have to fight for us and defend us and advocate for what I'm paying for.

We got there a few minutes early and he said when the door was open, to come in. I heard some noises and paused outside the open door. While I was in the hall, I didn't hear anything that seemed extreme and he was happily chatting on the phone so or seemed. I could not hear every word and I was not evedropping, Once I realized he was on a call, I left to the waiting room.

When we brought it up, he basically agreed with it without saying it. Mentioning again he was doing us the favor.

He dismissed the claims of the delays, rescheduling and interruptions and early ending and called it an "Anomaly" though it's happened more than not

Today when we had to wait more than 10 minutes, he started the session by brushing it off and saying he "Couldn't get off the phone" and tried to get us to talk about the homework.

I said I was not ready for that and then brought up the time concerns.

Call me cold and uncaring, but I explained that when I'm with other therapists, doctors, etc that when our time is up, they let me know they have to end the session and do so and he could end the call and then get back with them

He got upset and said "Don't tell me how to run my practice"

He told me that we had to trust him to triage other people and that they were in "crisis".

I said 911 existed. I say this as someone week has has had sessions ended with my providers when I would have liked to have continued, but the appointment was over.

If he is a professional and he really does have patients in a crisis all the time, I feel like he can come up with a safety plan for anyone to follow so it doesn't pull time from other people who need his time.

I don't mean this in a way of "I have my own issues I don't care if they're suicidal and die because my yapping is more important than their life", it's more like I think he's lying and he's trying to use the word crisis as a coverup/guilt trip.

When asked about what the expectation will be moving forward he wouldn't be clear about it and said "If you're not happy with my services, you can find a new therapist. I will end the session and I won't even charge you"

When it was brought up that he ended a session half an hour early without advance notice or prior agreement or making up for it and he still collected full payment at the end, he then scoffed and said "You want a discount on a discount?"

He kept trying to redirect to the homework but when stated that if paying less money meant we were going to be delayed and moved around more, to just let us know so we know what to expect, he said he couldn't guarantee anything.

I asked if things were going to change or not and he decided he wasn't going to see us anymore.

Does paying less money mean that he has the right to do this?

I don't think it does because we are paying an agreed upon rate for his time and that's the obligation. 75+ percent of the time is not an anomaly and he was trying to gaslight us about how often time issues were happening and then he wasn't clear about the expectations after and when we wanted it to be clearly said, he dropped us

If the rate wasn't enough for you to take us seriously, then don't agree to it. I don't think therapists should have a tiered service level based on pay.

Can you imagine?

I can totally see various services getting less for less money, like if you order a cake and you just want to feed people, then it might not be as fancy or big.

Or if you want budget repairs it may not be brand name parts.

But an agreed upon level of time that varies each time? No. I never agreed to table scraps like I'm a dog.

I am in Michigan and tried to look up his license but couldn't find it. His website says he is a doctor.

1. Is it reportable if he doesn't accept insurance?

2. If for some reason he doesn't have a license, can he do therapy like this?

3. Can I get refunded for the missing time?

4. If the first session was free and then he changed it to an hour without telling us, we are able to be compensated for it even if we didn't pay for it?

For reference, he agreed upon 50/session and a session is 2 hours. I only offered that because how emphatically he said he would work with any budget. I'm not trying to underpay people but we need help and he was willing to do it for that little so I thought we would both win. Especially since we had very open availability and we could be scheduled almost any time. Please no mean comments about the rate.

It's fine if it's not enough, he should have said that.

I don't want to pack everything up and mess with it all and then take it in, drop it off, or wait awhile for it to be looked at etc.

Even if it's no wait and just time to check about the fan screw issue or whatever might be going on, I'd rather have them come to me.

I don't see a way to ask for this? I get a RMA thing but it wants me to ship it in. Migranes, with our without Triptans make me pee more.

When I told my neurologist how migranes/treatment makes me pee, he was shocked and said he'd never heard this before.

Also I'm chronically dehydrated (I know, not good) and my pee is usually pretty dark. After taking meds it has such a fast change.

It goes from amber color (I know, bad) to almost pure water in like half an hour. How is this possible?

I think that after I pee, I feel better.

But the volume of pee increases probably 2-3X which accounts for some of the dilution, but still. Doesn't make sense how clear it gets so fast.

Any thoughts on this?

I qualified for a 36 month bankruptcy plan and we petitioned late in July of 23 and our first payment was in August of 23.

So if it's a 36 month plan, then do we start from that date?

The 341 meeting wasn't until september and the plan wasn't confirmed until October.

My NDC status is "Case Status Interim Review - Z"

Also in the pay schedule, they show payment 1 to be in August and this may says 34

My lawyer has been a bit... less then clear on some of this and I could have sworn that he said that the plan started in October so it's 36 months from that point.

Any other thoughts?

Edit: In MI in case that matters

At night I set it to heat to 69 and then before we're up, heat to 73.

But right now, because of the weather, it's 76 in here and it takes so long to cool down.

How do I get the nest thermostat to monitor weather conditions and then stop the heat earlier so it's 69 by bed time?

I don't want to add more scheduled temps because it varies heavily day to day depending on the weather.

I just want it to stop heating earlier if it's hot outside.

I'm not sure how it could go up this much when I've not run heat for a long time.

Any thoughts?
