Why do women rarely have hobbies? Whenever I ask other girls what they do in their free time, the answer is always watch TV, do their makeup, sleep or scroll through social media.
And this is most prevalent in pretty girls(not all but most). It's super annoying especially if you find your crush has little to no interests, which means you can't learn anything from them.
Yes! Overthinking is a smart persons domain but without control, without balance it's going to fry your brain and thus make you dumber with time btw.
I see social media glorify overthinking as if it's some holy grail to some genius dimension. In truth, unachizi na hujui!
Also, it's rampant in both genders so no picking sides here(men hide it better though).
If you're going to pick a mental struggle let it not be overthinking, go solve a calculus problem you found difficult back in college or uni or think how you are going to manipulate your way up the cooperative ladder or something.
