Once I bought a smart plug from Flipkart, it was cheap and 6a one for 600rs, 1 year later suddenly it isn't pair with phone. I did a bit of investigation and turned out it was operable only via wan, like phone sends signal to their server via internet and that signal comes back via router to plug. So when they closed the server it became literal junk.

Got this tplink tapo plug, for 900, super easy setup via bluetooth and one of the most popular smart device setup. They develop everything and everything plugs into their own network, so their is zero chance of failure unlike most other brands in india and it works without internet.

The power usage is accurate as I have tested the same setup via a watt meter and it shows similar 29w while charging(there will be some loss of power via the charger brick). But as it is pretty accurate, returned the watt meter.

I know many on reddit get excessively worked up when they see a font other than system one that looks cool, but fonts that look slightly handwritten look easier to my eyes.

I am running this on a spare phone. So that wifi is always present for other devices when power is down. It turns hotspot on and off depending on main wifi is connected or not.

App is automate, you can use macrodroid too but it's visually flow design is better in automate.

Obage is 1k cheaper. Samsung seems to have quite a bit delay via bluetooth from reviews. Not an issue for music though.

100w is enough for me. I already keep my tv under 40. If anyone has any experience please share. Lg has more sound tweaking and inbuilt woofer than sony.

I just installed walli to download some wallpaper and suddenly it started showing vulgar ads, like those with morphing 2 photos to create vulgar videos, it is literally soft qorn, I quit it and again similar video started playing for every photo.

Just to clarify, I don't use any meta apps and Google ads personalization off, yechnially advanced enough to keep all my stuff away from Google's tracking. This is basically default ads delivery to unknown user.

Just set up the full adguard app to completely block such bs. App is better than the dns one. I had purchased lifetime adguard adblock with vpn from stacksocial. I already use edge with ublock, https is unnecessary.

I was always having black screen issue with moonlight or Artemis on this tv, couldn't get image in any way, only sound. Other devices worked fine with the host. Today I tried the moonlight-vplus. This fork has setting to change resolution while streaming. When I changed the resolution from 1080p to native it worked. After that changing resolution to anything works but for first boot it always shows black screen and I have to manually set resolution to native from in stream menu, then change to 4k. Same thing with virtual display too. Is there any solution. What might be causing this. Floating menu on right is for system info from tvquickactionspro.
