Double helix bump
Double helix piercing with flat bottom studs since December 2024, was healing well until I changed them to hoops (titanium) April 2026. Ever since its been very bumpy, ive not tried salt soak yet and cant take anti inflammatory as I am pregnant.
First pic is how they look now, second pic was random pic in July 2025. Ive been in touch w the local piercer and was advised to trial with tea tree oil for now.
Should i just retire these (take off entirely) or are they salvageable ie change to studs?

What’s happening to my hydrangeas
With the heatwave in the UK this week I have watered them twice a week but now ive noticed that the flowers and leaves are drooping. Have I overwatered it? And what can i do? Trim off the blooms entirely?
The soil feels very dry though. I cant take off the plant off the pot so cant check for root rots nor re-pot it

Just received our annual Tesco voucher totalling £36. What’s worth buying in Tesco (ie baby items, household items)? Fyi we are 2 person household - just me and hubby, and i am expecting (due date September).
We usually get our fresh produce at lidl :)

As above. I’m 32 weeks and starting mat leave at 36 weeks. Low risk pregnancy so far (touchwood). Any recc on what to do keep myself occupied, pampered and prepared before baby comes?

Heatwave and pregnancy
How’s everyone coping w the second heatwave? Im 31 weeks and just had bouts of vomiting, might be the heat, might be something I ate. Am so hungry but couldnt stomach anything.
Baby’s active though.

'The Big Deal' now £5.25!
Popped into Greggs today hoping to get a £5 'Big Deal', only to find it has been sneakily hiked by 25p.
I know times are tough, however Greggs are now just stifling their sales by increasing their products what now seems to be every Quarter.
This round of price rises has been rather sneaky as there has been no public announcement that prices were going up again. So it has likely come as a surprise to many.
If we are also seeking yet more prices to increase the offset of good stolen, then it is now time that Greggs seriously tackled this.
If we get another price rise this year, I will be largely avoiding Greggs going forward. The prices are now starting to become a bit silly on some items.
