Flight attendants. They are food servers, bartenders, and baristas all in one for hundreds of people at a time. They don’t ask for tips and you never have to tip, this is how a well run business should operate. No one owes you a thing because you walked some food from the kitchen to the table.

I was considering investing about 250k into gold earlier in the year to diversify my assets. It kept climbing, and I hesitated and waited for the crash. I let the cash sit in a hysa and it’s up to about 255k right now. Had I invested that in gold in January, I’d be sitting at about 193k, over a 60k loss. On top of that, when you buy gold it’s always over spot, and when you go to sell it you get less than market value. That compounds the losses.

Looking at the historical chart, a great time to buy was a few years ago, but here we are. There was a sharp uptick last year into this year and it dropped and settled at 4k. So is gold actually a good investment these days to a new comer?

Now looking for advice for how to invest 231k. I have a separate retirement account with 330k with continuous contributions.

Does anyone have any issues with vibrations when braking in their m3p (2024+)? I had mine replaced at 7k miles and now it’s acting up again, looking for alternative options to oem that’s proven.
