moving forward means leaving behind the version of you that kept holding on

I’ve noticed that looking back usually turns into one of two things: comparing yourself to who you used to be, or wondering what could have gone differently.

I’m trying to spend less time doing that and more time actually building things I want.

a little reminder to yourself

you don’t have to change who you are to make others comfortable. being yourself gives other people permission to be themselves too.

a gentle reminder

I think sometimes we wait for something big to happen before we allow ourselves to feel happy.

special trip, a new job, birthday, big achievement..........

But there is also so much life in the ordinary days. quiet morning, a good cup of coffee, a walk, a laugh with someone you love, or simply having a moment where nothing is wrong.

We don’t have to wait for something exciting to appreciate our lives. ❤️

How do you deal with anger?

I’m currently trying to understand my anger better. I still don’t know how to deal with the feeling without letting it take over.

How do you handle anger? Do you have any exercises that help? Do you use an app, talk to a friend, go for a walk, or just give yourself time?

stress

hey everyone. do you have any practical tips for stopping overthinking? sometimes it honestly drives me crazy. I'm stressing about literally everything — work, health, what people might think, whether I said the right thing… basically everything my brain can possibly come up with.

what actually helped you?
