Every moisturiser i tried gave me stupid white heads especially on my big ass nose, the worst place to get wide heads

I need help please, I am now even getting these fucked up white heads when I literally do nothing to my face, things are getting worse

For reference I have used things like cetaphil both oily and dry versions, I have used korean skin care, i got so many i don’t even remember what I used, i even tried retinol a very very small amount and my face was filled with red under skin pimples, I don’t know what they’re called, it made me crash out honestly, I stopped using anything for several weeks for my skin to come back to normal

What I am saying I need help with a routine that wont give me these demon white heads, the only thing that seems to work for me is sunscreen and I don’t know why, its the one thing I am consistent with

This is my own opinion of course, you are all entitled to yours.

I am not a book snob by any means, I've given books 3 stars just because I liked a side character or the ending but MY GOD, this book maybe started as 3 stars and quickly went downhill to the point where if we had a zero stars rating, I would give it that.

this book wanted to have so many tropes so bad and even when certain scenes happened they felt stupid and annoying.

NONE of these characters have chemistry, absolutely none, none of them have any emotional depth, the brother of the MMC is locked up in a dungeon and has spiders coming out of him and I PROMISE you, the FMC had more emotions showing to the damn spiders more than anyone in the book.

the plot starts like beauty and the beast, cursed main male character, the female character has to save him but HOLD UP, we aren't copying beauty and the beast, both the main characters are cursed now, the FMC accidentally hatches a dragon first few pages of the book, then the story quickly pivots to red riding hood, the FMC runs to the woods and I am not going to say why in case someone wants to actually read it, she meets the MMC and now starts the worst 400 pages of your life.

oh and forgot to tell you guys at one point the book tries to be like acotar, the dragon disappears and comes back out of no where, all the characters have complicated names for the sake of being complicated, all the side characters have the same personality which is no personality so you can't tell who are we talking about.

this book is 600 pages of word upon word and I promise you, the entire plot could have happened in 10 chapters, apparently if we keep writing, the plot will thicken itself??

and somehow this book has cursed FMC, FMC that sees dead people because why the hell not, Cursed MMC, severely cursed and imprisoned side character, missing sister, rapey characters, bigoted and rapey town, the dragon that is sometimes referred to as a dragon and sometimes referred to as something else, king and his son, a wizard, sister of the mmc who has her own unexplained trauma and is just there for comedic relief when she's the most fucked up, the fmc has POWERS, and there are so many of them you can't even keep track, also she's trash at using her so called powers so she does nothing with them and somehow with all these plot points we still have the concept of mates that is introduced to us in 2 sentences and HOLD UP, its not one mate, you can have several mates and you only know its your mate if you kiss them, sleeping beauty much?

if this book has one hater, its ME, if this book has no haters I AM DEAD, and if I ever say this book was good, someone has a gun to my head.

the tiktok influencers are/were getting paid to promote this and any of them who liked this book, I blocked immediatly.

I've been seeing this trend of the lipliner matching the gloss, a lot of girls online have so many videos of trying to match this to that and all I could think of, you can EASILY do the same thing with a lipstick.

I LOVE lipsticks, and I think a lot of people forget lipsticks aren't only matte, some of them have a sheer finish, some have a satin formula ...etc and I swear some of these lip combos can easily be achieved with one lipstick.

For example I have charlotte tilburry in the shade naughty talk, it has a shine finish and it looks amazing on me more than gloss ever did.

and I would argue for people with a double lip line, lip liner mostly look like trash on us, in the mirror it looks fine, on camera it looks like I accidentally had a weird lip filler.

the downside most lipsticks aren't that long lasting especially when you eat but thats the point of lipstick, its one product, its small, you can easily reapply it, you don't even need a mirrorr.

sorry for my lipstick rant lol, it just feels everyone is chasing these complicated lip combos when it shouldn't even be THAT complicated for an every day look.

PLEASE forget all the dramatisation and focus on the facts, the facts are the cops aren’t nearly THAT incompetent to accuse someone of murder of this severity.

Patrick clancy did not kill those kids, he was seen on security footage, do I like the guy? Hell no, the fact he quickly moved on after the destruction of his family is weird, the fact he found a woman in the medical field who looks like his first wife is bat shit crazy.

Would I like an evil man to be the one to have done it rather than the mom? Honestly yes

I am in the medical field as well and honestly just because you’re a nurse/doctor doesn’t automatically make you an expert on suicide, reading about where and artery is one thing, actually going through with it is another so lets not argue that she didn’t try and kill herself, she did. Again I doubt all those cops and doctors are this incompetent.

This case at its core is whether she truly had PPP Or just depression, the medical system failed her but lets be honest here, every PPP patient has been failed as well, it is a rare and relatively new diagnosis, I say new because they didn’t even consider it a thing until recently, the doctor who was seeing lindsey was over confident and lets not forget a newly graduate, I doubt she had ever seen cases like this during her practice at that time and this just shows there is unintentional medical neglect.

I would like to point out something a lot of you don’t understand, Lindsey was a nurse, historically when medical professionals are seeking medical care their symptoms are actually more likely to be glossed over than another person because the doctor or whoever is treating them goes under the assumption that this is a medically educated patient that will know when the symptoms get worse and when to seek help, the woman WAS seeking help and if she was having constant thoughts of harming her children I doubt she would have confessed, she would have been shamed as a mother AND felt a failure as a nurse.

Now here is my issue with this entire case, the defence is acting like the Casey anthony case because there wasn’t enough evidence and no confession which the prosecution is adamant that this was a depression woman who became “too sad” and decided to end it all.

No one is actually looking at the real problem and this is where I truly have no opinion, the problem is if Lindsey gets acquitted, this sets a precedence, will anyone who goes into psychosis and commit murder be free? Would be look at this case differently if patrick went into psychosis? And lets remember there is actually cases of women going into PPP and men killing people while in severe PTSD and all of these cases these people are serving life times in jail.

Thats where I personally have an issue with, I don’t know whats right, I know murder is wrong but is it wrong is the person is unaware? I don’t know.

And another issue I have with this case is this, us women are sympathising with Lindsey because in the end she’s a mom, moms protect their kids, moms don’t go around killing their babies BUT the amount of men who have no sympathy or empathy for this woman and who actually have so much hate is just alarming, they don’t care what state she was in, they don’t care if she asked for help, they don’t care if the medical system failed her, it just seems like a lot of these men expect women to raise their families with no complain, they’re expecting all women to be nurturing and caring 24/7, a lot of these men are refusing to see that raising kids isn’t a one person job and when I say a lot, I really mean majority, just look at any post on any social media site, the difference in female and male comments is scary.

In the end I doubt Lindsey is happy, she tried to kill herself, I do feel she may try again, I personally don’t think she was aware of what she was doing, and regardless of the outcome there needs to be serious discussion on how to actually deal and spot these cases in real life, there needs to be something done to protect both mother and child, men need to understand giving birth is already traumatic, raising a kid when your mental health is declining is hell, men need to be held accountable as well, because if you see the mother of your child struggling and you set back because you believe all moms are strong, then fuck you honestly.

This is truly a sad case, nothing is going to bring those kids back and instead of arguing who did it, we all need to band together and try to change the medical system so things like this never happen again.

Never had sex so no pregnancy.

My period is ALWAYS either on time or 1-2 days early, if it was late it would be 2 days max.

Its 6 days late now and no period symptoms, no bloating, no increased acne, no breast tenderness, I have no clue what to do.

I have to admit with the rise of self publishing and even with the way some big publishing companies choose books based on the person that wrote them rather than the content.

A lot of the book we or maybe I am reading right now are straight up garbage, there js no editing, there is clear grammatical and spelling errors, sometimes there is no plot, there is no novel structure, these books aren’t winning awards any time soon.

But that’s OKAY, I am not reading to fill a quota, I am reading to fun and I want to shut off my brain for a little bit.

I don’t understand when people criticise the books some people love they come after them, these books are indeed badly written, some of these books are ridiculous and honestly joining in the criticism is seriously fun and makes me laugh.

For example I like the ice planet barbarians novels, I like to read about blue smutty aliens before going to bed but I also like to read all these one star novels, two things can be true at once, a book can be literally garbage and I’ll still want to read it and enjoy it.

All I am saying sometimes there is no need to go hard in defending some books, the people criticising and reviewing them are reviewing the story, they aren’t attacking you and what you like.

In the end my guilty pleasure is reading rejected mates shifter romances, 90 percent of these books I can’t defend in good conscience but boy do I like them.

And just a disclaimer this applies to EVERY genre, there is plenty of bad horror novels as well since I used to be a horror reader and BELIEVE me, at least with romance you might still enjoy a badly written romantic book but with other genres it is very very difficult.

I have been getting tiktoks about this all day and here are some of these “justifications”

First of all I’d like to say I am a doctor and this isn’t coming out of thin air, I have studied about this, and even without a medical degree any person with a smart phone can do their own research.

The first argument I found is that its healing to rape victims and some cope with rape fantasies, I urge you before running with this narrative to first read about rape trauma response, research has showed only a small amount of victims have rape fantasies after the fact, the SAME research also showed those with rape fantasies will have less sympathy towards future rape victims!!!!

Most victims will have a flight response ( as in change houses, places, schools) or try to minimize it by not talking about it, some will cope with the fact by talking excessively about it, which is why you see some YouTubers keep speaking about their assault, they’r not milking it, they’re literally coping.

I needed to write this because this is truly a dangerous narrative, most rape or assault victims are triggered by unexpected movie scenes or book scenes which is the same response domestic violence victims had to it ends with us, because guess what? Most movie watchers don’t read books! Most movie watchers aren’t chronically online, hell most people don’t even know what the term trigger warning is!

And lets not forget American movies aren’t just watched by Americans, American movies are the most watched foreign films on this planet, so imagine when a sheltered 17 year old from another part of the world watches this movie where the FMC is getting off by being stalked and raped.

The second justification I’ve seen is some DR readers calling people hypocrites for liking GoT and Obsession, in these shows/ movies those scenes were dramatized not romanticized!!! There is a clear difference and calling people hypocrites is insane.

Another one was attacking people for not caring about human trafficking, this is a pointless argument, the synopsis in this book mentions NOTHING about human trafficking, it mentions the FMC being stalked though.

Another one was that this movie is going to be done as a horror movie, I find this argument completely moronic, this book has been marketed as romance, romance readers are the ones reading it, so why exactly should the movie suddenly turn into a horror?

I know I wrote a lot but I am raging internally right now, and I haven’t even begun to analyze what an adaptation like this will do to boys and men who watch it.

I’ll just leave you with the fact that when 50 shades of grey got released, it was noticed that there was increase in intimate partner sexual abuse and violence and increase in sexual inadequacy in men, I have to warn you though it is unlikely to find actual credible research other than observations because lets be honest with ourselves, no one was going to fund this type of research at that time.
