The name may be wrong, could be "The return of the phantom" or the "the ghost returns", or something like it.
I cannot find it in IMDB, or pictures of It.
It has nothing to do with The Phantom comic character.
It is a B&W comedy from around 1930, with sound, i.e. not a silent movie.
The synopsis is about, people that moved to this apparently haunted house, and a young lady is murdered, i.e. she becomes the phantom that returns.
She doesn't know why she was murdered in the first place and she tries to find out who did it, and why...
One of the most memorable scenes for me is completely out of context. The family's driver opens a secret door somewhere and end up in a sewer, where a SEAL lives.
Yep, no crocodile, no monster, no roaches, no rats, but a seal....
I watched it only once. I would like to have more info about it: Release date, director, actors, etc.
So I could at least try to watch it again, somehow... 😄

It came from Amazon together with the compass.
The fact that the compass pointed SOUTH instead, should have raised a red flag from the start.
After pressing the red button for 10 seconds with a watch placed on the pad, sparks, smoke and circuit breaker uncoupled....
Anyone has a suggestion for a De-magnetizer?
The watch tilted the compass before de-magnetizing. After this failed approach, it tilted even more...

Send it to a Data Recovery service in Germany and the guy told me that the heads were bad just from the noise and it would cost me 1200 bucks to recover it.
How hard is it to do it at home? Or do you know any other data recovery options?
It is mac formated.

I was actually shopping for a original Formex strap for my 4Speed TS 725.
I found this guy, on eBay but the owner would not sell the straps only.
So I bought the whole thing.
Eventually I discovered Formex stil had some original straps for sale, but the whole thing was cheaper than the price of a new strap!
Now I have this new Puppy who wasn't being expected on my collection, but kept looking at me in the eyes and telling me "Please bring me home..."
At first I though she was a girl. But then I read he was a boy.
Why is he wearing this stuff?

Hi Guys, I'm a Seiko owner and there is a HUGE Paranoia about buying Feikos (fakes Seikos).
There is some ground for this paranoia because websites that sell Seikos, usually do so through 3rd party marketplace dealers.
Amazon, for instance, has a Seiko store, but all the watches are provided by others and the store is not official. The same might be true for Citizen.
What startles me is that there are lists of things to check, for instance:
a Gap under the bezel in the 6 and 12 position, that does not exist in fakes;
A good Cyclops (bad Cyclops means a genuine Seiko 😄 );
There is a famous warranty card that reads "Warranly" with an L instead of a T;
I know that fake checks are very common. But how heated are them over the Citizen Community?
Are you guys paranoid as well?
I got those 3 spaces with the WIFI symbols with characters that failed to load.
Can someone tell me who are the missing guys?
