While I had couple of days of raging PMDD, I decided to order some hormone balancing supplement which contained saffron, vitamin B6 and vitex. I've never had vitex before and I only took the supplement for 2 days and boom, my period came a week early out of nowhere. While I am happy that I skipped the hell week technically, I'm still a bit concerned if this is normal because from what I've read the effects of vitex are not supposed to be instant and that it takes time. I'm confused, has anyone encountered this?

Guys this is an emergency. Me (F23) and my long distance fiance (M35), met on discord and we fell madly in love. He says I'm the love of his life and I'm not like other girls, so safe to say I have met my soulmate. I love him so much, I buy him gifts all the time like flowers, plushies and order him door dash. He hasn't bought me anything because he is currently unemployed, but it's temporary! He says he will buy me so many gifts when he gets a job and I believe him.

I'm currently saving money to buy a plane ticket to see him, because we live in different countries and I'm dying to meet him for the first time! We do video calls all the time, I have shown him all of me and he says I'm the most beautiful girl he's ever seen. He shown me pictures of him in his younger days and he was so handsome, even though he doesn't look like that anymore at all he's still the most handsome man to me, i don't care what anyone says. I can't wait to be with him and start a family together, he is my savior and my dream come true.

Currently I'm very scared because he hasn't been online for a couple of days and I don't know what to think. I can't eat, can't sleep and can't do anything before I hear from my baby. He says that I should trust him when he disappears, and I do because I'm a cool girl and we just have this chill relationship when sometimes I don't hear from him for hours on end, but I'm sure he's just busy looking for a job and planning how we can finally be together. I tried to contact some of my female friends whom I don't really talk to but I really need support right now, I can't believe how fake those females are and can't even help a friend in need, so I'm turning to reddit because I really need support right now!!!
