I started my sales job 7 months ago. It's been good, but the last 3 months have been so slow and I'm looking at different options because I am fully on commission.

There is money to be made here, I'm in precious metals sales. I have done almost $2m in my time here.

Just looking for something more stable. I want a remote job ideally with a base salary.

I have experience hitting the phones, generating revenue and working in a very high pressure high ticket industry.

What are my options?

I have 32 or 33 mud tires on a 4.5 in lift.

I struggle to go uphill sometimes so I'm wondering what I can do.

I have done new spark plugs, new fuel filter, oil change, etc. so I think it's just the gearing?

I have a Chrysler 8.25 rear axel, should I change the tire size to 31's?

Transfer student from Los Angeles.

Got in for business (supply chain ops & mgmt) probably going to switch to finance or accounting.

But I am really excited to be a Spartan!

I also got into Chico State and SFSU, but I read that SJSU has a great business school and I would benefit from being in the silicon valley area.

I'm 23 and I'm living in LA.

I have been working toward finishing my degree for the last 3 years. Being only in community college.

I got to some schools up north for finance, but I have a really great job that I stumbled into working in precious metals (gold and silver sales).

As you could imagine the job is insane. A real boiler room type environment, and idk what to do.

I've been wanting to move up north for a while, but this Job is great, and I have so much fun doing it, but I am excited to see what it's like living up in Norcal.

All my friends are here too in LA.
