What are the operating conditions for a double triode multivibrator?

I'm designing an all-tube RS170(525 line 60 field) synchronizing signal generator. I need a bunch of monostable multivibrators as pulse generators and frequency dividers. The tubes I have for the purpose are going to be 6BQ7/6BQ7A tubes. (only difference is heater warmup time.) I want to know, from those who have designed a multivibrator using triodes before, what are the bias and feedback going to look like? Do I adjust the cathode bias for cutoff when the grids are at ground? Do I use a resistor divider to change the voltage swing on the grids caused by plate voltage changes? My circuit simulator hates triodes, so I've given up on trying to simulate the circuit I want. I did some guesswork on what I needed and came up with this, but haven't gotten the chance to build/test it yet.

Just bought these goobers

24 6BQ7As, 8 6BZ7s, and 2 6BS8s. I bought these for use as audio, video, and rf amps, oscillators, pulse generators, etc. two were broken in shipping but they were super cheap at least! The guy is Jdairo on eBay. Occasionally he has 25-35 tubes for 10-20 bucks.

Today I learned about all the fun lil details of Jesus’ crucifixion. I heard there was a crucifixion at the end of that song… y’all probably don’t know just how awful crucifixion was. I’m considering taking up my pen UwU

I use it for my old Dell precision t3400 I pulled from the trash. This keyboard was thrifted a year or two ago. It sounds very nice.
