The drive train is definitely not in line so that is definitely an (or the issue) also I don’t know if the chain is too loose and I need to take a link or few out anyway. Anyone know a quick and easy fix. The sprocket appears to be pushed away from the bottom bracket quite a bit but I don’t see any spacers to see why. I haven’t messed with that yet, but that was a thought also. Idk when it comes to derailleurs I have somewhat limited knowledge. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I’ve acquired a couple of Hockey items Specific to two different time periods of Philadelphia Flyers memorabilia. Both items I believe to be autographed. The ticket stub I believe to be genuine. The Bobby Clarke poster not sure. Any info on either item would be greatly appreciated

Also, if anyone can help with who the signatures are on the ticket stub that is also something I need help with. Thanks again!

Hello good people. I just acquired this piece and thought it was very odd and interesting, but I cannot seem to find any info or any other examples of something similar to compare it too. Can anyone help me with any information about it?

Thank you!

Found these old school Bars/Stem and having a bit of a time identifying the bars

The only markings I can see are on the stem which say MX450. Anyone have any idea what bike or company made them. With google lens Schwinn came up, but nothing definitive. Thank you

What type of Jersey is this?

I know the obvious: Troy Aikman and made by Wilson, but what is that insignia on the collar? Also, is this a legit Jersey? Had trouble finding the right exact one. Thank you for your help.

Some of the finds from the other night

Are those Pokémon boxes/card(s) inside them collectible? I just grabbed them and the bag of assorted cards. It looked like the person just tore through 20+ packs took whatever they wanted and threw out all the other one. The games/PS4 Pro was found in entirely different areas. Very random.

Removing a EXTREMELY stuck caliper slide pin

2006 Chrysler Pacifica

Does anyone have any other tricks or advice for removing a caliper slide pin besides dousing it with oil penetrating fluid, using a torch to heat the caliper mounting bracket so that it expands enough to loosen the pin and of course the brute force hammer method? Because I spent close to an our last night attempting those methods to no avail…

I’ve already ordered a new caliper/bracket to replace the entire thing, but it’s coming tomorrow and I would really like to drive this vehicle today. Thank you in advance for any help you may be able to offer.

I have a question to the seasoned divers. How do you all deal with the roaches in the summer time?

I’ve been a life long trash picker/repurposed of second hand items but only started to try out the dumpsters for the last 4-6 months. And honestly in that time I never really came across the cockroaches. I obviously knew they were probably nearby, but I never actually saw them and especially never in the abundance I saw tonight.. (it’s currently in the 90’s here). How do you all handle those bastards and picking around them/making sure they don’t hitch a ride in something you happen to grab and think is completely sealed?

I don’t mind getting my hands dirty ya know, but one thing I don’t fuck with are roaches! That’s the last thing I would want to some how bring those fuckers anywhere near my car or house.. I’ve been fortunate that I’ve never had an issue with roaches in any of the place I lived .. thankfully, but I did work somewhere that had an issue and it became a damn nightmare!

So how do you all keep them at bay?

One of my finds the other night

Was able to save this awesome Chinese jewelry box from the 1950’s (I believe) and inside it had a little jewelry. One of the pieces was a jade heart with a marking of 75% on the bale which apparently is for 18k gold.

Massive score tonight!

I don’t think I’ve ever found this many video games in the trash before. Years ago I found a nice collection of n64 games and a few GameCube but not this many. It was insane. I initially found a bag that felt like dvds so I grabbed both bags that were there and opened them at home and at first it was dvds albeit some decent ones like “kids” and a limited edition version of Apocalypse Now and then I saw the GameCube insignia on a case and was thrilled and then at the bottom of the bag it was loaded with them. I’m definitely psyched !

I found these Bassett dining room chairs from 1975 and cannot find this specific design anywhere. I’ve found similar designs (without the Chinese symbols). Is anyone familiar with Bassett furniture from this period and is it sought after?

Also, does anyone have a good suggestion of the best platform or way to sell them? I have them up on Marketplace right now, but that’s not the best place to sell higher end furniture. I’m in the middle of being verified to sell on Etsy, but any other recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I’m curious about this ring. It doesn’t have any markings (that I can see). The ring however passed 14k acid test. I know I will have to bring it somewhere with an XRF machine to definitively tell, but I just wanted your input.
