It's impossible to put into words just how long and how eagerly I've been waiting for his Mythic skin.

So many fan-made concept arts. So many fantasies. So many hopes.

A hero with enormous potential for a Mythic skin.

October 14, 2025. Season 19. The arrival of the Mythic skin. Disappointment. Denial of reality. Pain.

For two hours, I rotated this mythic skin in different directions, tried out different color schemes, and tested the skin on the training ground.

In the end, I spent all Mythic Prisms I had saved up on skins for Sigma, Reaper, and Ana's Mythic weapon.

Every new season, I go to the Mythic Shop, look at his Mythic skin, and just buy a different one.

Forgive them, Lifeweaver 🥀

(Starting with the seventh image, this is just some shit I made on in my spare time for about 15/20 min. Just for fun. And guys, this owl from WoW is definitely not superfluous. THEY ADDED THOSE 2 DAMN LEVITATING CARP FOR GENJI)

My meme was removed from the main subreddit. So I think it'll fit better here.

After 250k views, a lot of ppl just reported it. And since mods doesn't work in the main subreddit, posts are deleted by automod.

I think it's funny, fair, and silly all at once. :)

Hey, guys. I've got a few heroes silhouettes here. Can you guess who they are?

I think it's really simple. You don't even have to think about it.

u/Big_Tennis_28 — 7 days ago

I think Genji's new mythic skin looks amazing, and is at least on par with his first mythic skin - which is primarily due to the fact that the design team set the right goals from the start.

Personally, I'm not a fan of aggressive generic Japanese design. Of course it's a demon - it'll have a bunch of thick ropes and symbols, and of course it'll be yin-yang or koi or some shit.

But oh my God.

I’m just looking at the Illari crap I bought for the Ultimate effects and the new Genji skin. And it’s just like yet another Assassin’s Creed and RDR 2.

Even though I might play Genji from time to time, it pisses me off like crazy that he has literally the best mythic from the first generation - if you can even call it that - and literally the best mythic from the second generation. I'm actually disappointed that there's only one weapon option here.

People have been talking about mythics for Junkrat, Doomfist, and so on. But none of those 2nd gen skins even come close to Koi’s Duality.

I think this is all thanks to two things.

  1. The skin’s theme is spot-on.
  2. The lead designer for mythic skins clearly set the task for the design team.

I'm not against skins for Vendetta. But dude, three furry skins are a bit too much.

A character with a GIANT sword. You can customize it in millions of different ways. The image of a hero with a giant sword. I’ve never played Marvel, but the skins for Magik in that game are just fucking awesome. But in Overwatch, for Vendetta, we have: Cyber Furry, Royal Furry, just plain Vendetta Furry.

Yeah, technically none of this is furry, but you get my drift.

And if I’m understanding this correctly, none of these furry skins are based on a she-wolf? I mean, La Lupa and all that. A she-wolf, you know. l o l.

For people who don't know how Mauga looks with the perk that Blizzard wants to buff in today's update.

Don't worry. Orisa, whose spear has a hitbox the size of Tracer, will also get a spear perk buff.

Everything will be in balance.

Anran Tips/Flanks for EVERY MAP in Overwatch! - Anran Guide

About every 10 days, people ask for tips and tricks.

I recently came across this guide for Anran, which is almost an hour long.

Yes, it’s not Vendetta or Doomfsit parkour guides.

Yes, there are a lot of obvious moments (though that depends on your perspective).

Yes, some of the tricks and flanks are more like quick last-minute point touch.

But I guarantee you that at least 15 minutes of that hour will be 100% useful to any Anran player, regardless of their level.

Now, in the Highlights tab, there are three key links for Anran players.

  1. A short text guide in the form of tips for new players.
  2. A video guide that analyzes the most common mistakes players make when playing as Anran and offers solutions to these problems. It is intended for players who already know how to play as Anran but face some problems.
  3. A video guide featuring all those tips, tricks, advice, parkour, and so on. I think it’s suitable for all players, from level 1 to level 100. Because at level 1, it’s just a fun experience, and at level 100, it’s a great idea you might not have thought of.

It's unbelievable that the latest highlight intro came out in April 2024.

and it was a Battle Pass exclusive.*

Like, the hero farms POTG like crazy. You don't even have to kill anyone. If you hit three enemies with Rampage and they die, you'll get POTG.

But hey, let's make a highlight intro every season for Juno, MERCY, and Kiriko to increase the price of skin bundles.

So, Queen is now officially a villain and the secretary of Vendetta.

Yeah, she was never entirely good. She was classified as a “chaotic evil,” “neutral,” and so on. But now that she’s stolen EMPs from Korea and has literally started bombing it from an airship, there’s no turning back.

I’d really love to see a plot twist where the comic showed us—JUST FOR FUN—something like Junkrat standing at the controls and saying that the airship is hovering over the Overwatch new base, but the Queen, realizing they’ve flown to the wrong place and are bombing the wrong target, gives him a slap on the back of the head and scolds him.

But dude, they literally flew there for the EMP.

And it seems to me that now she’s working for Vendetta. I could understand if a huge EMP bomb were needed to blow something up in Australia, and they were showing us how the junkers were searching for it or trying to build one. But apparently, Mauga—sent by Vendetta—told her about it, and now the Queen is working for her.

Personally, I think this is just another plot armor for Vendetta. Like, this character basically showed up a "couple of months" ago, became the great champion of the Colosseum, got rich, became influential, killed Doomfist, became Talon’s leader, now the IMMORTAL Reaper fears her, basically forced the Queen to work for her, and so on. This whole things stinks like shit.

What I imagine every time someone on dive DPS complains that you lifegripped them.

Every fucking time I see Reaper, Anran, Genji, or whoever else dive into a 1v4 with ultimate, I save them, and then they comically go afk and start messaging me.

Overwatch 2 x DC's Watchmen collab.

Never happen, because of the Watchmen gritty violence. But anyway.

I'm not a big fan of the original comics. I've only seen the movie.

But I think we can definitely find another 2 or 3 characters for this collab.

I haven't played the game since 2023, and when I came back, I saw that still nobody cares about the old maps. (Especially House).

Like, this map was first shown at E3 in the summer of 2014. Just think of how many hours the old players spent on this map. This map used for the first Halloween event. Almost all the other maps have been reworked and are now in the pool. If you think back to those good old days, more than 10 years ago, every other vid about Siege was recorded on this map.

For me (and I think for many others), House is like Dust 2 from CS.

It might just be my personal feeling, but this map simply has its own awesome vibe that no other map has.

I back into the game for the first time in three years, and what did I see... a rework of Fortress? Like... oh... okay? What about Favela, the update that introduced Cav. Her abilities are still being copied by some devs into their own games. (lmao)

Presidential Plane is too complex for a rework. But what about Yacht? Bartlett?

I don’t know… So many insanely legendary maps in this game are just gathering dust in QP.

I don't know what kind of map Blizzard would have to make for people to choose it over Kings Row.

Quickplay or ranked—it doesn't matter. Every time, I see people just picking a other maps like Suravasa, damn stupid Hollywood, Eich and etc.

When this map first came out, I played it in arcade mode for 5 hours every day. It's amazing. (Not counting the issues at the 3 point)

If you take a closer look at it, you’ll see it’s practically Kings Row’s mirrored twin.

If I were the developer of this map and saw Neon Junction pick rate, I’d be depressed.

I don't know, maybe it's just me, but consistently 5 or 6 times out of 10, people choose a other map or “random.”

Well, I think ML7 is now creating patches not just for the Arcade mode.

So now, every time a new hero with super mobility is added to the game, is Blizzard going to buff nade?

I don't see why we should wait. Make nade a 5-second cooldown and a 3-second sleep cooldown.
