It's cliche but it happened to me. Was with this girl for 11 months almost a year. I tried to do everything right, got her flowers randomly. She had the flo period app tracker and when she was on her period I always brought her chocolate and comforted her and gave her massages. I once even was a simp and paid for her oil change when she was low on money. She seemed happy and things were fine. Near the final month of the relationship she started hanging out with this guy out of nowhere, didn't wanna question to much cause didn't wanna be insecure but I brought it up. She said "Oh that guy? wow seriously? I hate him!!" how dumb was I? what girl would hang out with a guy that she "hates" it was a cliche bullshit saying and I guess "hate" really is close to love"

During the final week she started to stonewall me and she started posting on her socials hanging with him or him being there more often. Then the devastating text came that sinked my heart. "I think we should take a break... you deserve better" Foolishly I said a break? Is this a breakup? She admitted yes.

Now here I am miserable, dedicated a whole year of my life to a girl, I know people say you can take things from it but I dont even know what to work on. I just feel shitty. I've been going to the gym recently but I feel so unmotivated. I really thought she could've been the one

I was scared about refeeding syndrome from all the fear mongering on here but my family ordered a pizza and I was to hungry, originally going for a week but stopped it at 5 days and just ate like 5 pizza slices. I felt fine and only had to go shit like 3 hours later. Still feel fine today and normal. Am I just a rare case? People say its bone broth or you get horribly sick....

I doubt any of you know him but a cool motivational youtuber with over 860k subs attended UB and is a big sabres fan and had no idea until he posted a short with him in a sabres shirt and then I saw on Linkedin he attended and did some work in Buffalo! That makes me think is there any other popular people out there who used to attend our college?

Started going to a college library the past 5 months and its so peaceful. Everyone there is calm and you can rest ur mind. Its great for studying for school or if you just wanna hang out and read a book, snack or watch something on your laptop
