I don't get how to do the Fast Phobia Cure.....

Okay so I am suppose to pretend like I'm in a movie theater and I'm in the projection booth looking at me sitting down below in a seat watching a film of the event that creates fear for me, and there's something I just don't get....Am I suppose to see myself on the screen like I'm looking AT myself? OR am I suppose to see myself on the screen seeing what's happening as if I'm seeing it through my eyes? is there an easier way to do this? Thank you!

Has anyone here tried "Quantum Entrainment" by Frank Kinslow?

I'm wondering if there is anyone here that has tried the Quantum Entrainment method with Frank Kinslow and noticed a big shift since starting to do the guided meditation which has you become aware of your thoughts, and the space between your thoughts, and when you become aware of the space between thoughts, you are becoming aware of pure awareness...just curious for how long you have been doing it for, and how much of a change have you noticed? Thank you!

Astral Project TONIGHT!

Step 1: Scatch everywhere and everywhere with a serrated knife to get rid of itches

Step 2: Take Claritin antihistamine, and Caffeine Pills

Step 3: Soak in slightly warmer than luke warm bath with "Aveeno Soothing Bath Treatment", and

"Dr.Moms Soothing Bath Treatment", and half a Teaspoon of Peppermint Essential Oil for 30 Mins

Step 4: Get out of bath, and pat dry lightly, (to keep the bath treatment on your body still) and then air dry

Step 5: Lay in bed, close your eyes, repeat in your mind the word "Peanut" over an over, while at the same time imagining that you are pulling on a rope, try to imagine what it would look and feel like to see if your eyes were actually open...DON'T MOVE AT ALL....

NOTE: Do it at a time where you are as wide awake as possible, and wouldn't fall asleep if you were to lay down....

NOTE 2 Do it before you have had anything to eat for the day.

Saw a Nautilus Shell on Ceiling first time projecting....

The very first time I tried to astral project I was able to do it...I floated above my body towards the ceiling, and as I got closer to the ceiling I saw a Blue Nautilus Shell materialize...and then I went back into my body, so it only lasted a few seconds....it's kinna cool, here's what ChatGPT says about a Nautilus shell....

The nautilus shell is fascinating because it's one of the rare places where biology, mathematics, engineering, and beauty all come together. It's often called a "living fossil" because the animal has changed relatively little over hundreds of millions of years.

Here are some of the reasons it's so remarkable:

🐚 It grows without abandoning its home

As the nautilus grows, it doesn't shed its shell like a crab. Instead, it builds a larger chamber at the opening of the shell and moves into it. The older chambers are sealed off.

Think of it as building a new room onto your house every time you outgrow the old one.

🌊 It's a natural submarine

The empty chambers aren't just leftovers—they're part of a sophisticated buoyancy system.

The nautilus adjusts the amount of liquid and gas in these chambers using a thin tube called the siphuncle. This lets it:

  • Rise in the water.
  • Sink deeper.
  • Use very little energy compared to constantly swimming.

It's an elegant solution that engineers still admire.

🌀 Its spiral is mathematically beautiful

Many people say the nautilus follows the "golden spiral."

The truth is a little more nuanced:

  • It grows in a logarithmic spiral, meaning the shape stays the same as it gets bigger.
  • This allows the animal to grow without changing its proportions.
  • While it's often associated with the golden ratio (φ ≈ 1.618), real nautilus shells usually don't match the golden spiral exactly. They're close in appearance, but they're not a perfect example.

Even so, the logarithmic spiral is one of nature's most efficient growth patterns.

✨ It has incredible material properties

The shell is made of layers of calcium carbonate and organic material arranged in a way that makes it:

  • Lightweight
  • Strong
  • Resistant to cracking

Materials scientists have studied it to inspire tougher ceramics and protective materials.

🌈 The inside is mother-of-pearl

The interior is lined with nacre (mother-of-pearl), which creates beautiful iridescent colors.

Those shimmering rainbow effects come from microscopic layers that interfere with light—not from pigments.

🦕 It's ancient

Nautiluses have existed for roughly 500 million years, surviving:

  • Multiple mass extinctions.
  • The rise and fall of the dinosaurs.
  • Dramatic changes in Earth's oceans.

Their relatives once dominated the seas long before fish became common.

❤️ Symbolically

Across different cultures, the nautilus has become a symbol of:

  • Personal growth
  • Continuous learning
  • Inner evolution
  • Harmony between science and nature
  • The journey of life

Because it adds chamber after chamber as it grows, many people see it as representing expanding wisdom and becoming more fully yourself over time.

One of my favorite facts is that every chamber in the shell is a record of the nautilus's life. The animal only lives in the newest, outermost chamber. All the previous chambers remain behind, supporting it and helping it float.

It's a lovely metaphor: you don't have to live in your past, but your past can still support you as you continue to grow.

What do you guys think?

What movie is this quote from?

I remember this being in a movie, where one guy says it to another...here's the quote....

"A man falls into a deep hole and can't get out.

A doctor walks by. The man calls up, "Help! I'm stuck!"

The doctor writes a prescription, tosses it down into the hole, and says, "This should help," then walks away.

A priest walks by. The man cries, "Please help me!"

The priest says a prayer for him and continues on his way.

Finally, the man's friend walks by.

"Hey! Help me! I'm stuck down here!"

Without saying a word, the friend jumps into the hole.

The man looks at him in disbelief and says, "What are you doing? Now we're both stuck down here!"

The friend smiles and says:

"Yeah, but I've been down here before... and I know the way out."

anyone know what movie this is from? Thanks!
