Selfie after the session 35F 60Kgs 5'7

Just finished another session and felt like taking a few pics before heading out. Slowly getting stronger and more confident with my training. One workout at a time! 🏋️‍♀️🔥

How should I handle my teenage son's friends being flirty with me?

I’m a mom with a teenage son, and I’ve noticed that a few of his friends sometimes act quite flirty toward me. At first I wasn’t sure whether they were just joking around or trying to get a reaction, but some of the comments and behavior have started making me uncomfortable.

I don’t want to embarrass my son or make things awkward when his friends come over, but I also want to set appropriate boundaries without overreacting.

How would you handle this if you were in my situation? Should I ignore it, calmly call it out, or talk to my son about it?

I’d really appreciate advice from other parents, especially anyone who has dealt with something similar.

A little flex after putting in the work.

Been training consistently and starting to feel stronger and more confident. Still a long way to go, but I’m happy with the progress so far.

Squat form check

First time posting a form check here. I’d appreciate some honest feedback on my squat form.

Are there any issues with my depth, knee/hip movement, or overall positioning that I should work on? Any tips would be appreciated.

Just a little proof that consistency adds up. 💪 Still working, still growing, still enjoying the journey. ✨

New to Creo as a design engineer – Need help understanding the assembly

Hi everyone,

I'm new to Creo and currently learning it as part of my mechanical design journey. I'm trying to understand the assembly but I'm finding it confusing.

I've watched a few tutorials and read the documentation, but I still don't fully understand it.

Could someone explain it in simple terms or recommend a good resource?

Thanks in advance!
