DONT Ban Pitbulls

Pit bulls aren't inherently dangerous; we only ever hear about the extreme outliers. If Billy drives to work safely every day, it doesn't make the headlines. But if Billy causes a three-car pileup? That’s breaking news. If you don't drive, or don't own a pit bull, it's easy to look at media coverage and assume cars or dogs are inherently dangerous.

On top of that, "pit bull" is an umbrella term that covers at least four distinct breeds, and up to six depending on who you ask. Claiming pit bulls are responsible for most incidents is like saying "trucks" are the most dangerous vehicle on the road while grouping eight different manufacturers and styles under one single label.

What song should I show to my friends?

I'm looking for a Femtanyl song that sounds good even without knowing the lyrics and stuff. But not if you can hear the lyrics too much, hearing most of those would turn me off of most songs ngl

I love how ADHD makes me stupid

Like the title says, I love how ADHD makes me stupid. For example, One time I said that kids born in 2016 are 12 now, because its 2026, both years have 6 in it, and 6+6=12. Another time I spent HOURS working on something really stupid and when asked what I did all day I had actually no idea. It still can be a bit ehhhhhh at times tho

So has anybody made an AI model that is sentient?

Like the post titler says, has anybody made a small or medium language model that is trained on the internet to be sentient? As in given a fully personality and backstory, and never told its an AI.

EDIT: I know that true sentience is not possible, but you can make the AI act like it and run its algorithms in a way that SEEMS sentient.

EDIT 2: Post title is now “Have you considered gaslighting your AI?” u/Ms_Fixer (Sorry, cant change real title)

I have a very shitty idea here.

So scientists made some Electrodeless neon light tubes that are like 10-50 micrometers, right.

And so if we got those to glow Red, Blue, and Green, swapped them out for ye olde neon/xenon gas mixture, then tightly pack them into some pixels than we can make a super bright TV that will blind you whenever you turn on THX 1138.

To make sure that the RF signals dont get you a visit from the FCC, it will come with a Faraday Cage around it, and I'll explain how we block RF between pixels as so they dont light up.

As for the heat, waterless engine coolant.

Why?

Bassically lasts forever,

High boiling point: Won't evaporate,

Its engine coolant.

So we would take this coolant and it would run between the pixels, blocking both RF AND absorbing the heat.

Also, to avoid any leaks, we use walls.

I have a very shitty idea here.

The Core Concept

  • So scientists made some Electrodeless neon light tubes that are like 10-50 micrometers, right.
  • And so if we got those to glow Red, Blue, and Green, swapped them out for ye olde neon/xenon gas mixture, then tightly pack them into some pixels than we can make a super bright TV that will blind you whenever you turn on THX 1138.

RF Containment

  • To make sure that the RF signals dont get you a visit from the FCC, it will come with a Faraday Cage around it, and I'll explain how we block RF between pixels as so they dont light up.

Thermal & Fluid Management

  • As for the heat, waterless engine coolant.
  • Why?
    1. Bassically lasts forever,
    2. High boiling point: Won't evaporate,
    3. Its engine coolant.
  • So we would take this coolant and it would run between the pixels, blocking both RF AND absorbing the heat.

Leak Protection & Final Assembly

  • Also, to avoid any leaks, we use this super hyper designed and very complex thing I drew in a pro software that I attached, and boom.

My super cool drawing that is pro

Custom Species

They should let you make custom species where you can choose a sprite or design your own, do sounds, stats, ect, ect, ect. I think it would be very neat.

I made a prompting style for coding that I call ROCOCKS. (Example Included)

  • Role: Defines the AI persona or job.
  • Objective: Sets the main goal.
  • Context: Explains the background or reason.
  • Output: Specifies the file type and format.
  • Constraints: Lists strict rules to follow.
  • Kickstarter: Provides optional starting media.
  • Steps: Outlines the thought process or execution.

EXAMPLE PROMPT:

  • Role: You are an expert Python developer and debugger.
  • Objective: Find and fix the bug in the provided Python code so it runs correctly without errors.
  • Context: A user has a script meant to add two numbers from user input, but it crashes because it treats the input as text instead of numbers.
  • Output: A single valid Python code block (.py) containing the corrected code.
  • Constraints:
    • Do not change the file name.
    • Keep the original comments.
    • Do not add extra features or libraries.
  • Kickstarter: python*# Add two numbers* num1 = input("Enter first number: ") num2 = input("Enter second number: ") sum = num1 + num2 print("The sum is:", sum) Use code with caution.
  • Steps:
    1. Read the code to find where the error happens.
    2. Change the input functions to change text into numbers.
    3. Test the math logic to make sure it adds the values right.
