Chances we get a Star Detective Precure collab?

Hours ago, out of nowhere, Madoka Magica and Precure (in the form of it's latest season, Star Detective), decided to have a little in-person collab at the "Chayamachi Oshi Festival", and it's making me wonder about the possiblites of a Magical Exedra collaboration with Precure. Maybe I'm overthinking things, but it would be nice to see another magical girl series have a collaboration with Madoka.

What has prevented Precure (Pretty Cure) from rising in popularity in the west?

This has been bothering me for some time now. Thinking about how much Toei promotes One Piece or Dragon Ball or Sailor Moon in the west, and how they have been very apathetic to doing the same to Precure. Even when the series is having a moment (Star Detective on track to become one of the best installments, and Cure Arcana Shadow becoming the most popular new anime character of the year), it feels like Toei is still cold on doing anything with the series in the west outside the bare minimum. This has been the case for years, despite all the opportunities they have had to turn it around.

So, what is it going to take for Precure to experience the same boom of popularity like One Piece did outside Japan?

Who are examples of characters who are more popular then their actual source material?

Recently, I've been experiencing one of my favorite franchises (the Precure series) experience a huge boost in popularity, thanks to a new character (Cure Arcana Shadow) introduced in the latest installment, especially in Japan. However, it seems she is actually way more popular than Precure proper. It got me thinking into what are some key examples of characters who surpass their franchise into being more well known than their actual source material?

What do you think of Cure Arcana Shadow? (Star Detective Precure)

One of the latest additions to the Precure franchise. Out of all the Cures we have been given across the decades, I gotta say this might visually be the most impressive and unique out of every design in this series. Her color schemes and isolated personality really stand out, especially against the other more happy-go-lucky Cures. I love how you can immediately tell the type of character she is based on her design. She's so mysterious and cool that it surprises me she isn't popular in the west. She has a gorgeous design for a magical girl, even if she's a little evil and loves ice cream.

Got the Buzz Lightyear popcorn bucket!

For those who want it, I'd advise you to get it as soon as possible, as my AMC reported on how it seems they didn't get a whole lot of stock of their Buzz. I tested the bucket out with a plush of mine for size, and it is indeed very small.
