I'm going to San Fran next week and I plan to go NUTS hitting Penny Press machines.

Any advice anyone can offer would be appreciated .

I plan to get doubles so maybe I can do some trading on here.

Obviously I'll bring my own pennies but should I bring quarters too or just get change there?

Or have most of the machines converted to Credit card payment (i don't mind that really)

I found about 500 1943 steel pennies recently and i want to share them with people who are collectors. [ 1943STEELY ]

So First off, we need to invent Some kind of Empathy Sensing field device.

Then force all Law enforcement to wear and use this device when engaging with 'suspects' or 'persons of interest'

This would allow/force the officer to experience the emotions that the POI is feeling and help the officer to treat the POI more reasonably and defuse situations instead of falling back to violence.

This would be a mandatory piece of equipment and officers that can't handle the additional empathy input would be considered unfit for engaging with the public. Eventually all officers would be trained to be more empathetic and be able to handle the additional input.

Obliviously, there are tons more places for application of a device like this but it seems like law enforcement (not public safety) are the most lacking in empathy for the communities they serve.

Is it weird to have dreams about finding coins all over the floor of stores?

Ive had this dream several time. Its a Good dream. Not a nightmare or an anxiety dream.

I just see and pick up coins from the store floor like its nothing.

Its almost disappointing when i wake up and my pockets are empty.

I was adding a DAS that had unformatted drives.
I was planning to create a RAID0 but connected it to soon.

I have all this 'paths?' or 'mount points?' that don't work and need to be removed but I don't see how to.

Everything highlighted red is trash.

No option to delete or remove

I think more and more businesses are getting rid of their machines because we aren't producing pennies any more. (which is stupid, but whatever) (and stores keep saying there is a penny shortage, which there isn't)

It's just so sad to see such a cool simple souvenir item slowly disappear.

several of the last machines I went looking for have been removed and I kick myself for not getting to them sooner.

And I'm guessing they are just sitting in a warehouse decomposing.

if we WANT to get rid of the Penny then lets set up a Shop where we can press pennies FOR FREE and help Actually Create a Shortage until they are out of circulation.

At least have a good memory of the Penny.

I'm looking for hardware suggestions because I haven't found what I'm searching for yet which may mean it isn't possible but here we go;

I have access to DOZENs of surplus 2.5 SSD SATA drives and M.2 2280 drives.
they each only have 512GB but I'd love to use them all on some sort of massive adapter board or something.

the 2.5 drives will fit in most Storage bay Enclosures but after 4 bays, the cost starts to jump up significantly.

I also can't find any Multi port Enclosures for the M.2 drives/cards.

Both have such a small form factor, putting a dozen cards or drives in a unit should be pretty straightforward. I guess I'm missing something.
