Do my periods sound normal?

I’ve been having periods for a year now and they were so bad (lots of blood loss to the point I felt dizzy) that I went on the pill. But my periods are still miserable, I get bad cramps and headaches and still feel lightheaded. I don’t know if it’s just normal, my mom had really easy periods. I am a teenager 5 foot 90 pounds for reference. Tysm!

Best non medicinal cramp management

Hello! I get really bad cramps but due to my medical issues cannot take pain meds. I am also a high school student and can’t miss any classes due to finals. Any tricks to get me through this week?

Struggling with eating (TW: ED)

Hi, I am a teenager who has autism ADHD anxiety depression and cerebral palsy. Recently I have been struggling with eating. It’s not even that I don’t want to eat or am scared of calories, it’s just that the act of eating feels like a big task. The thing is my body needs food all the time or else I will feel like absolute crap. Any advice?

What are the five pillars of your autism?

For me:

  1. Easy Mac
  2. Noise cancelling headphones
  3. The ability to quote any song I’ve ever heard
  4. 3.14159265358979323
  5. Shit when was the last time I showered
