Hello friends. I recently bought several spore syringes from a reputable supplier. I thought they were LC but no worries, my mistake. What’s the best way to be successful growing these strains? Agar first? Straight to grain? Etc. Thanks in advance.

Should I be worried about the rice grains stuck on the sides of my jars after a B&S? I was told they are a breeding ground for contamination.
