I start watching an episode and it pause at 8 seconds and then when it plays next it is at 24 minutes and it keeps doing it over and over again

My server and everything was working before the power went out Monday and when the power came back on I couldn’t get Emby to play anything.

I was playing my PS5 last Tuesday and lights blinked in my room and my audio receiver restarted and my PS5 turned off and it felt really hot so I left it alone.

when back to it and had cooled off but it still wouldn’t power on and I have tried a different power cord and 3 different wall outlets and nothing and the only thing I get is a beep when plugging the power cord
