How do 12th house people appear on the outside to non-12th house people?

Its my personal experience that people are almost offput or mean to me despite being kind and empathetic. Maybe thats just my experience though. How do 12th house people appear to you or how are they recognizable to you if you have no 12th house placements yourself?
