From a PURE story/personality perspective, who do you think is the best group of alters?

So whilst yes you can say some alters are better than others for their usability and what they bring to the table from a gameplay perspective, from a pure story and personality perspective, who do you think is the best group of alters? Both in terms of how you get along with them and how they get along with each other?

One of my pet peeves regarding a very specific character and people's thoughts on them

One of my pet peeves regarding certain people is the way they will point to Mr Popo and say "oh look at this wildly racist depiction of how they portray black people". It is both incredibly ignorant and also incredibly stupid, also a misconception that would be easily disprovable if someone took five seconds to use their brain.

Mr Popo wears a turban, has a whole ass sterotypical Indian/Hindu outfit, has pointed ears and their skin is BLACK, not brown, BLACK.

Pictured above is Mr Popo, the Hindu deity he is based off of (Mahakala) and an ACTUAL black character from DBZ (Star Officer Black).

Could he have actually contested this?

The image is black cause apparently Crunchyroll doesn't like you taking screenshots, but this is Zeo saying this to Will, which leads me to a question, if Will did have it within him to get pissed off, could he have successfully fought him?

Two scenarios, either as this line was delivered, after he'd fought Elfaria, or if he was feeling really confident, could Will have fought him at the very beginning when Zeo first "claimed" him?

For the purposes of this question, let's assume Will goes full balls to the walls white form, how far does he get with Zeo?

[Masc V] Need help choosing between two jaw options for my V.

I need help deciding between to different jaws for my V, the differences are minute, but any help I could get would be greatly appreciated 🙏🏻

The first set of pictures is of jaw 1, the second set is of jaw 19

(Also, for those who care, the hair and cyberware are just placeholders, they will change)

Hopefully the pictures convey the differences enough to help someone see what separates the two (even if those differences aren't enormous).

Realistically speaking, how would you tackle the difficulty question?

So as you you know, difficulty in this game is a contentious topic, with the game becoming relatively trivial whem you reach the higher levels (though admittedly it takes a while to get there), so my question to you is, with the announcement of game overhauling updates and a DLC on the horizon, how do you think they should handle the question of difficulty, how would you handle it, and lastly, what would you be willing to accept?

For example for the last question, would you be willing to accept them lowering the level cap on both you and your pawn if it meant you had to be reduced in level (for those of you who are particularly high level)?

What about a system where you're able to tune the damage you put out and receive in the settings? Such as being able to cut your damage by increasing percentages and being able to increase the damage you take by increasing percentages? So for example you could set it so you both deal 75% less damage but also take 75% more (or something like that), would that be something you'd like/accept/want?

Or is it merely a case of increasing the stat numbers on monsters across the board?

What do you ultimately think is the best way to handle this?

I'm ready for a flood of downvotes, but...

I said what I said.

And before anyone says it, no this is not a shipping wars post, this is not a Rem > Emilia post, this is a post merely positing the idea that Rem's speech was more emotional, hit harder, and ultimately was just better than Emilia's.

Rem's speech damn near moved me to tears, Emilia's merely made me smile and say/think "that is so sweet 😊".

Are there any Void or Strand ghost shells?

As you can see, you can get an Arc ghost shell, a Stasis one, and a Solar one. But what about about Void and Strand, do those exist? And if so, how do you get them?

The differences are slight and minute, but which scar positioning looks better?

Option 1 or option 2?

u/Crimson_Loki — 20 days ago

Found these two, which one is accurate to DD2? As I suspect one is accurate to DD1 as opposed to 2.

Still one of the most beautiful but bittersweet pieces of artwork I've ever seen for Edgerunners

To this day, I still think that this is one of the most beautiful but also most bittersweet pieces of art I've ever seen in regards to Edgerunners.

"Playing Marathon and supporting Bungie will in turn lead to Destiny 3"

I'm pretty sure at one point they said the same thing about Apex Legends in regards to Titanfall 3...how did that go?

The only thing supporting Marathon will do will prove to Sony that they made the right choice in pivoting to Marathon.

This is NOT me saying that you should shit on Marathon or it's community, or that you should review bomb it, hell, go ahead and play it, enjoy it even.

But if you do, if you do go play and support it, don't do so under the illusion that doing so will lead to a Destiny 3. It won't.

Is there any long term benefit to this?

So a question I have regarding a space anomaly, is there any reason to study the Crimson Crawlers? It seems to give me a flat society research bonus whereas the other two options give me modifiers on my planet, is there any long term benefit to studying them? Cause or else, unless you are in desperate need for society research, I don't see why you'd ever choose that above the two other options.

Which personalities are the most "morally good" or Iconoclastic?

So my question is, which personalities (amongst the various classes) are the most morally good/iconoclastic? As in not crazy fanatics, not dickheads to their squad mates, and genuinely people who buck the trend of 40k characters being off the walls terrible, even in casual ways?

My guesses are this:

Veteran: The Loose Cannon

Zealot: The Judge

Psyker: The Seer (even if they do come across as a bit crazy)

Ogryn: The Bodyguard and The Brawler

Arbitrator: The Fatalist

Hive Scum: The Outlaw

What do you think? Am I off the mark on some of these or am I right? These ones seem, generally speaking to be the least rude, the most tolerant, and the ones most likely to genuinely try and get along with everyone in the group.

Small character creation nitpick

Most of the eyebrows in the game are really bushy, these are examples of eyebrows that are relatively less so, unfortunately they're attached to facial hair, I wish I could have said eyebrows without the beard/mustache that comes with them.

Elfaria is about to have generational beef with Julius

So despite what he says, despite his plan, we all know Julius is being an omega level tsundere for Will. First Elfaria had to see Julius talking shit about her and bully the crap out of Will, which made her resent and not accept him, now she has to see Julius attempting to steal her man, she's about to go after Julius's neck and put that man into a 10k year hibernation.

Bungie reportedly allowed Destiny 2 devs to keep working on Shattered Cycle and future content even after leadership had already decided to end live service support earlier this year

If this is true, this is TRULY shitty of Bungie leadership.
