Listening to their content alongside other similar podcasts with more stage fog is so painful.

It's so clear that Justin has really minimal smoke going nonstop and doesnt care about anything theyre doing, none of them take their work seriously, none of them except Clint (!) seem to know what is going on on their own show. It's uncomfortable to see my own sort of low-energy disinterest in the world due to not having a dry ice machine pumping smoke into my home in their behavior, especially alongside other podcasts where the hosts are doing interesting things both in and out of the podcast and are proud of their work and fog.

I’m purchasing a professional-grade smoke machine to completely fill my home with fog and deleting the podcast. Wish me luck.

Maybe I am misremembering the previous seasons (but also refuse to go back and rewatch) but don’t they usually take their phones away during the trial marriage thing?

They definitely do during Love Is Blind, as I distinctly remember there’s always a “got our phones back” moment after the honeymoon.

Do you think the producers let them have their phones this time to create more drama?

I haven’t finished the season yet, but just saw the changeover episode & the way Blake & Haley weaponize therapy talk against each other & Ashley was really wild. That is such toxic behavior to go to therapy for help & then turn that into just another way to be abusive.

Maybe the scene prior where Blake asks ChatGPT (or actually probably Grok based on his other politics) gives a glimpse into where they learned this terminology when they clearly have never set foot in real therapy.

In a recent bonus episode where Gris, Queeber, Jesse, & Steven go to see the new Scary Movie, Bryan called it “The next Star Wars” and Chris said “As a cinema guy I believe this is the best movie ever made”

I respectfully might have to disagree with the fellas on this one, I found the movie to be really offensive and I am thinking about asking the theatre for a refund.

If the theatre fails to honor the refund what are my legal avenues in small claims court?
